They were professional and had very positive attitudes. They hustled full on the whole day. It both was energizing and exhausting just watching them. They didn't even complain about the things I didn't pack very well, my gross underestimate of how much I had, the 2 flights of stairs, or the rain. I would definitely hire them again.

DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible experience!!!! Aaron Becker promised 4 seasoned crew members and 2 were clearly inexperienced! Laid my upholstered chair on the driveway without anything to protect it, scratched my new washing machine all along the side. It looks like it was laid on the driveway and drug across it. The crew was really nice but again, 2 were clearly untrained. They worked hard even though they were exhausted when they arrived 6 hours later than scheduled because they did another move before mine. They owe me another $109.72 refund that they are refusing to return even though it was credited towards my estimate. When I call to speak to someone other than Cimarron about it, she says there's no one else to talk to and ends the call. I've disputed it with my bank so I guess we'll see.

They arrived 6 hours late with an exhausted but nice crew, two of them clearly inexperienced. They scratched my new washing machine...not a little scratch. It looks like it was drug on the driveway. They scratched the hardwood floors and the edges of my dining table just to name a few issues. Their gatekeeper Cimarron will not let me speak with anyone to help me get the refund I am due of $275.47 (they paid $165.75 of it) but she insists that the rest of it constitutes a non-refundable deposit. However, the deposit is clearly credited on my paperwork showing what my balance will be if I use the whole 6 hours they quoted me for the move which I did not. I emailed yesterday but no response so far.

They left closets untouched, damaged walls at new house chipped furniture , damaged leather seats on dining chairs

Jordan and Travis were professional, friendly, and efficient. Finished as quoted. I have requested additional services already.

By far the worst movers we have had in 6 moves. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional, threw items in boxes without wrapping, damaged numerous items, left mattresses uncovered and dirty. Charged nearly 10000 when quite was for 5200. Will not respond to overcharge.

I used Best Deal Movers six years ago and had a wonderful experience with them - no damages and a great team. Because they were so great then, I used them again which was a horrible mistake. They damaged my baby grand piano, lost the rod to the foot petals, damages exceed $5,000 to many other items including a gold inlaid leather top desk. They lost all the brackets to my lamp shades, bolts for the bed frames, and I could go on and on about the damages. They then placed items in the wrong floors even though everything was clearly marked as to location and they were given a diagram identifying each room. I guess they couldn't read. I was then overcharged $2,900 because it took them longer to unload since they had to redo things and they took multiple breaks and sat around talking to each other. I filled out a damage report sent it to them and was then told that I had to take pictures of all the damages and send to them or they would NOT process the damage claim. I asked them to send someone out to take the pictures and they refused. They also refused to refund the overcharge. So now I have paid almost $10,000 for a move that was a complete disaster! It has taken 2 weeks for someone to respond to my phone calls. At this point in time, I will turn this over to my law firm to handle. I am 76 years old and cannot and will not be treated this way!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE My move was May 31, 2024 WARNING - Do not expect any customer service from this company after the move. Two of the movers they sent were untrained and unable to perform and then they charged me over $1600 more than quoted. Original quote was for $3235. Over charge of 50%! The scheduling team, estimator and the move team were very respectful and three of the moving team were clearly experienced and able to perform. Two of the team struggled so much I had to help unload. Don't be fooled into hiring this company based on the before move team. The post move customer service is horrible! I had to call multiple times to try to resolve this. I called their main office and Will, who said he is responsible for charges, was told by his boss they would not make any adjustments. They have to pay their team, so they would not make a change. I asked to speak to his boss and was told he does not keep normal office hours. They were only moving furniture, no boxes. All furniture was broken down and ready to move. They came to the hose performed an estimate and missed it by more than 50%. Clearly bait and switch. I highly recommend you do not use this company due to customer support after the move. WARNING - DO NOT USE BEST DEAL MOVERS AND STORAGE

I don't see how people are having these negative experiences. I had them move me and it did take a little longer, but I understand that it's just an estimate. They moved quickly and efficiently and were polite. They protected my furniture with blankets and were just awesome all around. Would definitely recommend

The most horrible experience I have ever had! The movers left half of my items behind! I had to remove and load my TV's and mirrors! The mover in my house was totally incompetent. They took the easiest items to move and left the rest. The supervisor of the crew kept putting me off when I questioned him about why they were leaving things. He never told me they were leaving and the crew and trucks just took off. The person I talked with was sweet, but also incompetent. She kept putting me off for the settlement of my claim for a year! I never received compensation for my tremendous loss! This is a horrible company and I would not have them move anything! Iwould warn people to beware of them. They promise a good move and you get a disasterous experience!

I had somewhat of a complicated move starting with packing and storage while my daughter and I found a more permanent property which we did in 2 months. When we were ready to move to the new residence, I had my storage items moved a week earlier from the move from my daughters. Unfortunately, some very dear items of mine did not make it, and are evidently nowhere to be found. A kitchen box containing a very expensive hand blown glass bowl is missing, some very personal artwork is missing ( 4 items that were irreplaceable family heirlooms) and after repeated calls it yielded NO results. Secondly, during the move from my daughters, the move in from the truck resulted in repeated bringing of upstairs boxes to downstairs, and downstairs boxes to upstairs. A couple boxes marked fragile were broken beyond repair upon unpacking. If you have any chance, pick another more reputable moving company who will stand by what they advertise.

They kept me informed about their ETA. The team had plenty of blankets, 2 hand trucks and ramps along with the lift truck. They worked carefully and efficiently.

So glad we chose Best Deal Movers!!! Cannot say enough great things about these guys. We did a 2 day move with 3 trucks and 6 guys. The first day they loaded all of our things and the second day they unloaded all of our things. They were professional, efficient and careful. They went above and beyond for us and because they did we had a perfect move!!! 100% recommend!!! Couldnâ t be happier!!!

Fantastic crew. These guys came to work . No sitting around. Hard working and very knowledgeable . Took extra care with my possessions. I will be using them again. I would highly reccommend this company for it's Integrety and true to the quote. I give them an A+

Super professional and friendly. They moved some extremely heavy items with care (approx. 500lbs each ...they also had to remove the front door). They helped me arrange items in my storage unit so that the new items could fit. The owner even drove out to assess the best course of action for moving a particularly awkward item. Shout out to Alex G, Bryan L and Chris A. Would highly recommend.

If you want to get MOVED. from point A to B, they are fine. But only 2 of 14 pieces of furniture were wrapped. EVERY piece got scratched and one drawer cracked and a cabinet had both back legs broken off, which they tried to hide/and leave with it on their truck; It was only when I asked where is my third cabinet that they said Oh somehow it got underneath all the blankets in the truck and that is a quote! (It was not even the FIRST item on the truck. My couch ottoman I am not sure what they did to it, it was in pristine condition to start and it was brought into my new home placed upside down with the legs up in the air against the front living room window and when I flipped it over noticed the oil spots and wet spots all over it and they tried to tell me they had no idea what happened again it was supposed to be wrapped. I was promised that in my original contract. The drivers were easily told a dozen times that EVERYTHING in my living room at the pickup point was to be placed on the truck, but they continued to ask what needed to go in the truck. At one point I was actually told that they would get to it when they finished their smoke break.. And continue to charge me on the clock for their smoke break. Arriving at my new destination One of the drivers decided to chit chat with the pretty lady and her puppy dog outside by the street again not doing the work that he was supposed to be doing but yet I paid for his time. They even had the nerve to ask for a TIP at the end of the day. When I tried to call the home office I was continuously told that the manager was not available to talk, but yet he had time to take my money. Trying to dispute their charges was a HUGE hassle. Such a MAJOR disappointment, but I believe in Karma...so Best Deal Movers LLC is NOT THE BEST DEAL.

Kay and Brian were amazing with moving me. I have a Cali King bed that is a beast to deal with, but they handled it very professionally. No damages and I paid exactly what I was quoted from Mike. I will use them in the future!

Bryan and Taderro moved me this morning. I was concerned with family heirlooms. And they were very conscientious. Recommend them highly.

No stars is exactly what this company deserves. We hired this company to move our 1 bedroom apartment on Wednesday Nov 29. We have the entire apartment packed up and ready to go for the movers. Everything was in boxes besides our large mirror, sofa, vanity, tv stand, coffee table, and two small dressers. When booking this company we were quoted for a 3 hour job. We payed a deposit and was asked to pay the rest and the end of the move. On the day of the move, the movers showed up late but that was no big deal. My girlfriend and I were patient and understanding. The move started roughly around 10:30am and it took them until around 4:30 pm to load the truck. They claimed the walkability was the issue and thatâ s what took them so long to pack a 1 bedroom apartment. Once the truck was loaded they informed us they had to get some food and would be to the drop off location within the hour. We call the movers after waiting TWO hours to only learn one of the movers had quit and they were taking the truck with ALL our furniture back to shop. After waiting for what seemed like forever the truck finally shows up with the companyâ s Operating Manager William Bullard. The move took a total of 12 HOURS! Once they were finished William proceeds to tell us that our quote had doubled! And but we would be allowed to make payments since we hadnâ t planned to pay that much to start. Once the movers left we realized they left our LARGE mirror on their truck. We called the next day and was told by the other manager Aaron Becker that they would have our mirror to us by the following Saturday. We then received a call from William on that Friday trying to set up a payment plan for the remaining balance. We agreed on $50 a month until the balanced was paid in full. Keep in mind they still had our mirror. We heard nothing about the mirror over the weekend. So we called back on Monday, Dec 4th and talked to William. He stated he could get the mirror out to us by Thursday. Went to check my account on Wednesday and the remaining balance had been deducted even though William and I agreed to have the mirror delivered and the payment plan honored. We called William back to get the situation rectified and was told our payment plan would no longer be honored. PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING UNRELIABLE COMPANY! They cannot be trusted.
