Description of Work: They came to diagnose why my dishwasher was knocking. As he was taking it apart we noticed a couple of things that could cause it but we couldn't be sure until I ran it with dishes in it. I gave him my opinion on this metal piece that I thought may be the problem. He said that it might not be the case but straightened it out anyway just in case. That fixed the problem! He was really nice and thorough! I'm so glad I called them out. That stupid knocking has driven me crazy for months!!!

Description of Work: The provider gave us a quote to fix the refrigerator ($250) and when it was time for the repair we were told another component was broken, the cost of service was more than what we expected. Did not have issues since the repair, would recommend.

Description of Work: The heat element went out on my clothes dryer. They came and replaced it. I noticed after they left that the light was out on my dryer (due to the repair). I called them back and they fixed the light at no charge. They were prompt and cleaned up their work well.
