Overall, great service. The technician correctly identified the problem on the first visit, ordered the part while at my house and came back to install it a week later. Price was slightly higher than I had hoped, but it was still reasonable. Technician was very friendly.

We were using this company a couple times before. We called them on Monday, and scheduled an appoinment on Tuesday morning. The dryer was not drying cloths at all. The tech replaced the heating element. Now our cloths are dried after one cycle. We will use them again and We recommend them for any of your appliance repair!

We agreed on a price to repair. Once the repair didn't work, discovered the compressor wasn't working. At that point I decided to buy a new one instead of replace the compressor. Only charged the coupon price of $39.00. They came back later and removed the refrig free of charge.

The technician arrived when scheduled and diagnosed the problems within minutes. He provided me with (2) estimated based on which part(s) were bad. He went through in great detail the issue and corrections. I gave him the OK and he started the work. While working on the appliance he saw that thw coils was dusty and need to be cleaned. He showed it to me and asked if I wanted him to clean it. I agreed. I showed me how to clean it and said once a year would keep it running for years. Thanks

No one showed or called even though had appointment. They showed up today and were very efficient. They said there was an internal communication mistake.

Technician was running late, but called to let me know that he would arrive one hour late because he had to pick up a filter just in case the one I had wasn't the correct one. He arrived when he said he would and promptly completed the work. As it turned out, I did have the correct filter, but if I didn't, I would have had to reschedule the work, so I am glad that he was proactive, just in case. I would recommend this company and will use their services again when needed.

Very quickly assessed the issue and made the needed repair. The transaction was almost perfect except I lost all of the food that required refrigeration because they could not fit me in before the weekend. I recommend this provider and would use again.

he did a good job of explaining the best and worst case possibilities before starting the work. fortunately it came out as the best case outcome and he was able to clear the clock and get my washer working again.

The repair professional, Gena Kuzmenko, was very knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair and saved us the cost of replacing the entire KitchenAid microwave/lower oven unit. Money well-spent! We also received a $55 Angie's List discount. My ice maker wasn’t working. So he comes in and after 2 seconds he tells me I need a new ice maker. I was not overly pleased. My interaction was ok but I would never use them again.

The pilot light/ignitor in our oven was acting up. The technician opened up the oven to evaluate the problem. He said that the ignitor was rusted and that it needed replacing. He had parts in the truck and was able to replace it on the spot. Oven is working perfectly now!

They discovered that the part that was needed was no longer available and found a company where we could send the motherboard. The above mentioned company fixed the part and mailed it back to us. Then, Atlanta appliances came back and installed it. It now works perfectly.

Arrived on time, knocked out the repair quickly. Advised that I shouldn't use the "auto dry" setting on my dryer, but it's so much more convenient and kind to my clothes that I'll take my chances.

I thought that the bearing had gone bad because of the horrible noise but the technician diagnosed and figured out there was something in the water pump. The water pump was not damaged and I did not have a buy a new unit!

They worked out fine. They overpriced me for the parts and if they priced it better I could have gone with them. I checked the market rate and they were a lot more. They were respectful and they did leave the area tidy and clean.

He was on time to the appointment. Had a little trouble with the part install but ultimately got it done. He took the time to show me why our old pump broke. Took a bowl of dirty water outside with me, poured out a few dollars in change, hair bands (daughters), and random pocket debris that were left in when washing clothes. I always thought those would just be at the bottom when finished, but they can get sucked into the pump and break the machine. I will use this company again if needed.

I purchased a 'deal', $29 for service call and $55 towards service costs. Technician came out, determined the cause was a burner switch. Came back several days later with part and installed it. Let me know about a delay in ordering the part, so high marks for communication. Good quick service and prompt arrival. Technician did not have good command of the English language, but we managed to get by. However, they charged $153 for replacing a $32 part. And that was after the '$55 discount' I paid for. A little expensive, in my book. but they got the job done.
