Offered to fix range for less cost off the clock. He promised not to forget me and called 2 weeks later but never came or called again. He kept a part that he forgot to put back into my range. Nothing repaired of three appliances and am out $60, with a part missing. It was a scam.

The motor was not working, so the ice maker on the outside of the fridge wouldn't work. Gena came and replaced the motor. Unfortunately, the motor stopped working a day later. Gena came back and took out the new motor saying that it must have been a defective one. He ordered a new motor, came back out and replaced it again. Gena was very professional and very pleasant.

Update: They replied to my call and scheduled another appointment. Technician came on time and said the part they put in last time last time was defecting. He replaced heating element with a new one. He did run hairdryer for a longtime to unfreeze. Jury is still out on whether this part is working or not. Hopefully, everything is sorted out now. But I am happy with their service. I also got couple of calls asking about service and what they can do for me to change my review. Any company that is concerned about their reputation is a good company in my view. That is why I changed my review and I may reuse them in future... He put in a heating element and then ran a hairdryer blower for a long time unfreezing that line temporarily. I got a doubt that why is this guy running hot air for so long when heating element is supposed to work. But now I know. It eventually got refrozen again in couple of months as I don't think heating element was installed correctly. They are punctual and on-time when I called. I would have been happy, if they actually fixed this issue. I called them again now and waiting for an answer....

They arrived on time, and repaired my stove. A circuit board needed to be replaced. The stove is working fine, and he did a good job cleaning up.

They were able to come out the same day that I called. So grateful ! Johnny made the repair, vacuumed out my dryer vent and the internal parts behind the cover, and left everything nice and clean. Such a nice man.

He was considerate, punctual, and did the job excellent.

It turned out that the stainless steel tub liner was cracked and the water was coming from there. It was un-repairable so the $29 was all that I was charged. He put the machine back in place so that it would be out of the way until we had a new machine installed.

'Jake' was courteous, professional, thorough and prompt. We will use AAR#1 again!

Warren was an excellent technician, very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone. He showed me everything he was doing and the bad ignition switch.

Tech arrived within the window. He opened the washing machine, opened the back and tested. Pointed to the area, which was leaking transmission fluid and due to the age of the washing machine (14+ years) made a realistic recommendation to replace the machine once it died.

I bought the Angie's List coupon and called the company. They sent a tech (Jake) out the next day. Appointment time was 2pm - 4pm. He called at 3:00 and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. When he arrived he apologized for not arriving closer to 2pm but I was impressed they arrived during the window promised. They needed a part to complete the repair. Jake returned two days later with the part and finished the job. He did not try to up-sell me anything and the price was as quoted. I will definitely use them for all my appliance needs in the future. While there are not many companies I would highly recommend, this is one company I would. Fair, honest and reliable.

Dishwasher was not draining completely. Technician had a look at the possibility of a faulty board or the motor but after multiple checks determined that the issue was possible stuck objects in the motor drain and resolved it. Technician called ahead of the scheduled time and actually requested to reschedule for an earlier time.

Went great. The problem with the dishwasher was a gasket that needed to be replaced. Jake ordered the part and returned a few days later to install it. I called him a couple days later to say that while the leak was gone, the dishwasher itself looked like it no longer fit in the space. He returned the following day at no charge and raised the adjustable feet on the dishwasher so that it looked like it should. He also tested and replaced our icemaker and water valve. No problems at all - working fine.

Service provider was prompt. Needed parts came next day. Couldn't have been happier

It went well. I had to pay more than the deal because they ended up changing a part. The cost was less than $200.

It wasn't so much what they did as what they did not do. The first company that came out (which I wrote a poor review on) wanted to replace my washer pump for an outrageous price, without even checking to see if my problem was simply a clogged drain hose. I sent the first company packing. The AAR rep asked if the first guy even checked for a clog, and he had not. The problem was simply a clogged hose and the pump was fine. Both guys discovered another legitimate problem which was this main hose had a puncture and needed replacement. I ordered the hose and AAR came back a second time and installed it. A total price of $80.00 I thought was very fair considering it was two trips plus a relatively difficult repair due to access.

Turned out that a trap was clogged. He cleared it out for me and also noticed the front vent needed to be cleaned. He did that for me and showed me how to clean it myself in the future. Upon cleaning the trap in the back of the fridge, he discovered that the braided metal connection to the wall had sprouted a hairline leak that could barely be seen but had apparently been spraying for a while because black mold was on the wall. He replaced the braided metal tube at no extra cost and saved me from a potentially larger leak or even flood. Would definitely recommend them. THANKS!

I needed to get my washing machine repaired asap and AAR was able to send someone extremely quickly! The technician, I believe his name was Yevgen, was very nice and immediately got to work. He determined the issue was a bad timer so he went to get the needed part. Upon returning and installing the part it appeared the issue may be something else so he called another tech who came to help. He was also very nice and within 20 minutes they had the problem solved and the washer working. The techs were very honest about everything and even though a part had to be purchased that ultimately didn't fix the problem they only charged me for the work that did fix the washer, which ended up being significantly less than the original estimate. I will definitely call AAR for future appliance repairs!

Refrigerator water stopped and technician came and diagnosed the issue. He suggested the water line is frozen and he could not defrost it while he was here. His recommendation was to turn the fridge off 24 to 48 hours. If the problem is not corrected he asked us to give him a call. After 24 hours we turned the fridge on and started getting the water. We are very happy with their service.

Okay, but had to order parts and come back. It was nearly as expensive as the same dryer on sale at Home Depot.

Service associate came on time and was very professional. Even though we decided not to repair the appliance,my he associate was polite and understanding of our decision.

I highly recommend Atlanta Appliance Repair. Technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and and professional. He investigated the initial problem (water leak from icemaker line) and then did a thorough checkout of all the systems. The angie's list deal was very affordable. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

The tech was young but very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and what was needed. We discussed the age of the washer and whether or not I should invest in the repairs. He was honest and provided his opinion. We chose to do the work and are very pleased with the results. He had to order the parts and was back as promised. He was very quick and cleaned up after making the repairs.

Our dishwasher had been filling with about an inch of water every morning for a week. Also sometimes our oven would start beeping and WOULDN'T STOP. This was during the week between Christmas and New Year's. Help! We called AAR #1 and bought one of the Angie's List coupons for a service call. This set up a series of emails between us and AAR. We were able to set up an appointment for today, the first Monday after New Year's. Jake from AAR came right on time and called me when he was on the way. Once he was here, he got to work and was very professional. He found the problem with the dishwasher and gave me an estimate, but told me IT WASN'T WORTH FIXING. There was no larger problem, it would not grow over time; all it was doing was causing a little bit of water in our dishwasher. The oven problem was hopefully a loose connection. He tightened everything and then gave me an estimate of what the parts and labor would cost if tightening didn't fix it. He said to wait a week or two and if the problem didn't come back, we were probably fine.
