All went very well. The dryer was repaired and ice maker problem was diagnosed. We decided not to fix the ice maker at this time.

Excellent technician. Found where the installers had, several YEARS ago, failed to properly install and prepare the refrigerator for operation! Fixed all the problems and provided a fair estimate for additional issues. Far and away the best appliance service we have ever enjoyed.

The technician said that it needed to be refilled with freon and that he wasn't able to perform that service. There was no diagnosis done to determine if there was a leak and where it was coming from. I saw no point in refilling the unit with freon if it was just going to leak out again. I called another company for a second opinion and found out that the coil had a leak and needed to be replaced.

We have used this company multiple times before, this time our Gramma stove was not working, so we called them and they sent Johnny, he came and fixed by replacing the igniter. The price was reasonable and their response was quick. Thanks. we will use them again

The service technician was professional, was able to diagnose the issue and let us know what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it. He fixed the issue quickly and cleaned everything before he left. I definitely recommend the technician anyone.

It was fine. The cost was more because it needed a part. They had to order a part so I got in touch with them again because I was told they would call me when the part was coming in and when they would schedule it. I didn't have a clue when the part was coming, that was what bothered me. They just need to have some continuity in their communication.

The work went very well. Jake was the technician that did the work and I must say that he was prompt and very professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. My dishwasher is working perfectly!! I would highly recommend this company for any home appliance repair !

Identified the problem. Called parts supplier immediately to figure out if we could get part and cost. Price of part + installation was not conducive to fix the problem, the appointment was just to identify the problem.

Twice I've had them come. Both times, they came immediately! Fastest, most responsive contractor I've ever dealt with in my 40+ years of dealing with repair services! The first was for a dryer mystery and the dryer worked great then and since then so, didn't need repair...so far! :-) Yesterday, the technician came with all he would likely need and went right to work diagnosing and fixing the refrigerator that had a clogged hose. He was thorough and efficient and a nice guy!

My dryer worked perfectly while Gena was here and has worked until now so I will call them today to get the work done he recommended. The whole experience was fast and efficient!

Completely fixed the door sensor which was the reason why the machine wouldn't work Immediate response and repaired in one visit.

Did a great job in a day and then I find issue

My refrigerator was so old that they could not get the part they needed to repair it. This was discovered after the 3rd time they came out. They did not charge me a service call charge the 2nd or 3rd time and they also did not charge me a part that was tried on the 2nd trip.

Our grandma's oven wasn't lighting on her ge stove, two igniters were bad! they quoted us $210 since it was an old stove we decided to buy a new one. it only costs us $29.95! Great service!

They found a simple solution and fixed it without additional cost.

Excellent. Jake really knows refrigeration. Fridge and freezer working perfectly again after it had failed. Jake replaced several parts to get it working again plus cleaned out drain to stop a water leak.

We called them a few times before, and this time we've decided to do the same. The tech came out on time, diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate. Because it was not worth to repair it we bought a new washer.

The manager was very professional and since they couldn't find what caused the problem , they refunded the money I paid.

The technician was outstanding. He had to order a control panel, but once installed it was defective. A second control panel was ordered and it, too was defective. I agreed with the technician that Daewoo is poor quality. So rather than waste more time, I'll just replace the washer with an American-made model. It should be noted here that they refunded the cost of the part within an hour. They went above and beyond to try to fix the unfixable. I will absolutely call this company if/when any of my other appliances break!
