Im sorry you aren’t happy. I give a 100% transferable lifetime warranty on all of our projects. We stained your floor provincial and sealed it with Bona Traffic Hd. I even resanded it for free when you weren’t happy with the first color y’all chose. My team and I have truly tried to exceed your expectations. A year later we are receiving this negative review, not understanding why you haven’t called us expressing your concerns you have, my team and I are happy to help resolve any and all issues ya’ll have.Customer service is our top priority and going that extra mile is always part of our trip.
