Everything went well; David was easy to locate and contact. He always returned my calls and setting up a day for the cleaning was easy. The house looked very clean and shiny after he was done. We will definitely use Serrano Cleaning for our future cleaning needs.

David was nice on the phone and worked me into the schedule to my satisfaction. I explained that I wanted a deep cleaning of this 1600 sqft vacant home, as I was preparing it to rent out. Since I was having the floors cleaned by another company, I explained that I wanted a DEEP cleaning/detail of everything else, but not to worry about any of the floors. He said his crew would come and charge by the hour, stating that it would probably be 2-3 hours with 3-4 workers. I agreed. We set up the cleaning for a Friday afternoon. I again told him that I wanted the home detailed, including baseboards, cabinets, refrigerator, appliances, WINDOW and SLIDER tracks, blinds, bathrooms, etc. He then said that he was on a timeline and could only stay for 2 hours. He and 3 other workers started cleaning, when I heard him say to his crew that it "didn't have to be perfect"....and believe me, it wasn't. They left dirty baseboards, dirty oven, and parts of the refrigerator. They were only willing to vacuum (but not wipe clean)the filthy window and slider tracks, which remained filthy. Some fan blades were dusted, others weren't.... Now don't get me wrong, they did clean during the whole 2 hours....but 2 hours was clearly not enough time for the 4 of them, whereas 3 hours surely would have been. I ended up spending many hours cleaning everything they missed. If I wanted to clean it myself, I wouldn't have called a cleaning service. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day....but I will not use them again.

Everything was excellent. Will use again!

It started with the prompt and professional communication with David. He followed up with me as he had openings before the holidays and let me know the team would arrive at 1pm which they did.

If you need a cleaning crew to come to your house - I could not recommend a service more highly. Seriously, you'll be glad you hired Dave and his crew. Hire this man and his team. That's my advice. Mr. Serrano's budget came in right on target as far as time and money were concerned.

Mr. Serrano and his great crew have been cleaning my home for well over two years now. There has NEVER been a problem in our customer/client relationship. Mr. S. is always willing to work around scheduling conflicts. He's personable, professional, a pleasure to know, and I actually consider him a personal friend. But the main point is that his work is impeccable, no matter what the particular service in our home is (vacuuming, cleaning; especially the bathrooms, dusting, etc.) If I need a little something extra done, he's always happy to do it. David has a very professional service. He and his 2-3 assistances clean my home every other week. I have continuously gone back to Angies List for this service and many more for our home. The crew is very good and services are carried out quickly and still very clean. Attention to detail is his motto, and strives to get there every visit. My home is 4 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, pool room, 3 bathrooms, laundry room w/pantry. I highly recommend his company.

His name is David Serrano. I can't speak highly enough about him. I've used him 3 times. He is punctual and professional. His price is fair. He has a great attitude and the service is wonderful. It is the best cleaning service I've had since I moved to Florida.

I had planned to interview multiple companies from Angie's list for house cleaning. Mr Serrano called back immediately and was very available to meet and discuss my needs. After interviewing Mr Serrano concerning his service, I felt there was no need to look further. He started that day and I have used his cleaning service on a regular schedule since February. The quality of service is excellent. Mr Serrano works personally along side his employees and supervises the entire job. All are very professional and courteous. Just as important to me is the reliability. Mr Serrano calls me before each visit to confirm. He is here when he says he will be. I recommend his cleaning service without hesitation.

They do everything and they are awesome. I have used other people but I could not be happier with Serrano?s. They are very responsive. I noticed something in my bathroom that I wanted done but we hadn?t talked about so I called him and it was done. He follows up and calls to ask if everything turned out like I wanted and if there is anything else I need. I will absolutely continue using him.

They did a great job. I have them come monthly to clean my house and I have been very satisfied with their work.

I am extremely pleased with Serrano Cleanings overall work. From time to time I have to point things out that they have missed but it gets taken care of. With three of them working, they get the job done in about 1 1/2 hours.

David is very friendly and prompt. Our requirements were for a good basic cleaning for new tenants in a townhouse. He did a good job sticking to our requests to get it cleaned and keep the price down. He came on very short notice. We were happy with the job he did.

David offers a very fair price and consistently good work. He communicates with us regarding his arrival times (so we can lock the dogs up) and is very flexible with our schedules. We recommend David and his cleaning business to anyone looking for honest work for a fair price.

David is a wonderful person and is very honest and dependable. I have never been disappointed in his service. If you should see an oversight, David will be sure he takes care of it and follows up on each visit. He and his crew always see extra things to be done and go ahead and do it even though you didn't ask them to do it. David and his crew are extremely trustworthy. Most of his clients are not at home when he comes, and he can be trusted to take care of everything. I never have any problems with leaving them in my home alone. They work quickly and efficiently. They have house cleaning down to a science and always get the job done. I couldn't be happier with him.

We had Serrano Cleaning in our home twice per week for a couple of months. Initially, David was prompt and professional. He encouraged us to speak to him about his team's performance. From week to week, he would ask us at the end of his visit if there was anything that wasn't completed properly. However, as the weeks went on he began demonstrating unprofessional behaviors. For instance, on one occasion he voiced his dissatisfaction with his client who left him a "list" of tasks to be completed each week. He began gloating of how much business he had and how many customers he was gaining. He stopped checking for satisfaction at the end of each visit. When we attempted to show him valid concerns, (simple things that should have been done without question-for example, things being dusted around instead of items being picked up to dust or the neglect for weeks of dusting around the roman tub resulting in a sufficient layer of dust) he responded poorly or not at all. On the last visit to our home, we asked him to look at a cabinet front that had been dirtied but neglected by his team for an extended period of time. His response was unprofessional and inappropriate. He decided to tell us he will no longer clean our home because he can not satisfy us. When we attempted to discuss the matter with him further, he declined and left the job. All we wanted was the house to be cleaned as promised and within reason. If something isn't done and we simply bring it to his attention, we would expect it be done going forward. We do not expect excuses, a no response attitude, or termination of service. During our initial discussion, we preferenced that we wanted services two times per week with a somewhat set time of day. On many of visits, David arrived 30-45 minutes late and with no call or arrangement with a change in time. We are not opposed to a fluctuating time but we do believe there should be a level of professionalism and courtesy not just with arriving on time but in providing the cleaning services to us as agreed upon. Unfortunately, Serrano Cleaning fell well below reasonable expectations and for this reason I would not recommend David and his team.

We have our home cleaned bi-weekly. David always calls the day before to confirm the time of arrival. He and his team are thorough and efficient. I work out of my home, and due to their professionalism, it is never an inconvenience. I would recommend Serrano's Cleaning Service.

I contacted Mr. Serrano for an estimate, he was able to give me a quote over the phone as well as come over very soon after to verify the quote and go over my requests. We set up a weekly appointment, and he has been cleaning for a month now. I am very pleased with his professionalism, his organization, and the quality of the work. Also, I have a very hyperactive dog and I am happy that they are able to work around him!

David and his crew did a fantastic job. I use cleaning services since 20 years but this is the best first visit I ever had. The whole team was very thorough, organized, and fast. I had called David on the 14th of May and he came the same day to give me a very reasonable estimate for a weekly cleaning. The next day, May 15, he came to my house and cleaned my whole house. He even uses a special form of dusting that will help with our allergies. I can highly recommend Serrano Cleaning Services; the quality and price are outstanding.

When I called to get an estimate, the owner, David Serrano, personally returned my phone message within 5 minutes and arrived at my house the same day to give me an estimate and all of his business information. He was professional, personable and accurately represented to me what he would do in a cleaning. He and his assistant arrived on time and did a superb job cleaning. They took less than 3 hours and our house looks awesome. They were very hard working and I really appreciate their help!

We set a date and he and his assistant arrived right on time. They did a great job and were very professional. They bring all their own supplies and equipment, including cleaning cloths.
