I believe the Tech's name was Bobby. He was punctual, friendly, and very courteous. Explained everything to me and seemed very honest. He worked hard and when he was done the carpet looked and smelled great. I got exactly what I was hoping for for the price. I would definitely call them again if/when I need my carpet cleaned.

Arrived on time. Was slow in calculating estimate, though estimate was reasonable. Proceeded to go thru process of vacuuming, inspecting and cleaning rugs/carpet. Placed foam squares under furniture feet, and assisted me in turning large, area rug around.

Extremely professional. The technician came in and surveyed the area the be cleaned and went over the cost of the request area to be cleaned. He then proceeded to cleaned the agreed upon area with covers on his shoes (very important). The whole process took less than an hour because I only had one room done. The cost may seem like a lot but it was well worth it especially with the size of my master bedroom which included a hallway and two closets. Will definitely recommend them.

Very well. John arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do. He set about his work very diligently, and did a very good job.

He was punctual. He comes in, he cleans everything and I show up and the carpet looks like it has not been touched. They did not clean my carpet at all. It was like this company did absolutely nothing. They did not deliver what they promised. They misled me so badly.

Cleaners arrived about an hour after the designated time. They were professional and gave an estimate of the cost. The only thing they could not do was clean the 2nd-floor kitchen tile and grout because they could not get the equipment up the stairs due to the configuration of the stairwell (3-floor townhome). One began cleaning the carpet while the other worked on the couch. Then the tile and grout was completed on the first floor. Everything looked great! I was pleased with the work that was done.

The Technician came in, and would pre-treat, then would "buff" the carpet with very large pads. It was clean when he left, but it is now 3 months later, and in one of the rooms(Master, has the most traffic), it looks like it was never cleaned. I could have had them steam cleaned for less and with better results.

They were prompt, did great work, courteous, I would use them again.

I travel extensively so it was very important that the technician arrived on a specific date/time. The technician showed up at our house as scheduled and everything looked perfect when he was done 2 hours later.He was very promt and arrived at the agreed time. From scheduling the appointment to completion of the job everything went perfectly. The company called the night before to confirm the appointment and Justin the tech called the day of to let us know he was on his way and would be at our home shortly which he was. Justin did and excellent job...he was friendly and professional and treated our belongings with great care. Our carpet and tiles look fantastic and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. I found this company here on Angies and used the coupon for the service. I called and made an appointment and the technician came out the next day right on time. He gave me a qoute and got started. When I returned the next day, the carpet looked like new again.

My dog had a bad accident in my son's room during the night. I called at 7:00 AM as soon as I discovered the problem, and Kathy, the ower, picked up the phone at 7:00 AM. She was very accommodating and was able to arrange for Jared to come out that same day! Jared did a great job, and the room was odor-free by the time my son came home from school. So, great job, and I will absolutely be calling them again for my carpet cleaning needs! I also liked that the products are not chemicaly based since it was in my son's room.
