Shane Hane was courteous and professional. Explained everything beforehand and did the work in a timely manner. I was very impressed with Shane and modern plumbing. The price was very reasonable. They will be my plumbers from now on!

David was great. Knowledgeable, on time and professional. Understood my problems and concerns and fixed everything in one trip with no problems.

When I called, they were able to set up an appointment for a technician to come out the very next day. He came, identified and solved the problem in a short time, and did not check just the problem toilet, but the other two, and the main water trunk pipe as well. That resulted in discovery and clearing out of a blockage in another toilet that would have become a problem at some point in time. Problem resolution also included his suggestion on how to avoid the problem from returning. I couldn't have asked for better service, both in terms of time to get someone out here and in resolution of the problem. I'm not sure how their price compared with that of other reputable plumbers, but even if I knew it was a little higher, it was well worth it. The next time I need this type of work, I will certainly call Modern Plumbing as I know the work will be done well the first time.

James again! This guy is my plumber... Professional, and a fantastic person! Came out and fixed a huge leak on the outside of the house in no time flat! Modern Plumbing is great from phone call to completion of service A+ again!

Had a great experience today. I called this morning and they scheduled an appt for me right away. I got a call from the office to tell me the tech was on the way. Vinny arrived within 10 mins. He was great.. got everything cleaned out and he gave me some hints as well. Love that they put on cover over their shoes when entering the house. I would definitely use Modern Plumbing again!

Kim (very helpful) dispatched Tom to make an assessment of our pipe problem. Tom diagnosed the leak and fixed it quickly. He was innovative, neat, and professional. My husband Art and I think he may be the best d!*n plumber in the world. Would not hesitate to have Tom assist us again.

$110 for a service call with the Angies list discount….was told they didn't have parts for my faucet. Didn't have parts on truck to replace faucet. Said they estimated replacement costs would be $200 plus dollars to replace the unit….but we would need to figure out what we want…and then another $200 plus dollars to install the faucet. Tech basically came in / inspected the sink gave us the message they couldn't fix it…would have to get new product. $110 for a service call and in the same state as before.

I reached out to Modern Plumbing and they were friendly and helpful on the phone. They were able to get someone out to our home the next morning. Doug arrived on time the next day. He was polite and informative. He was able to find the problem and give us a solution. His work was great and he was really clean. You would never have known he was here after he left. Really great service.

It couldn't have gone any better. I was at work and needed someone right away but unfortunately all plumbers were futon jobs. I was told that I could call after 5 and request an emergency call, but they couldn't schedule anything after 5. I was somewhat skeptical as it seemed odd, but I didn't have much choice; so I called at 5:45. Daniel called and said I would be his second stop but could get to my house around 8 and he would call back if he got finished quicker. He was also upfront about the flat rate and pulled over to give me a quote. Daniel finished his job early and called saying that he was heading my way. He beat me to the house, but my room mate was there and got him started. He checked out the situation, found out what we had already done and went ahead and fixed the problem. And to make things even better he told me that he misquoted me earlier misquoted the job. I was astounded to find out that the difference was in my favor and it really was about $100 less than I was originally quoted! I highly recommend Modern plumbing on that integrity alone. They're certainly my plumbing company of choice from now on.

Taylor was our technician and he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very communicative. The install went great and he had no problem answering questions during the process. Took about 1.5 hours and has been working great

Tommy was excellent and cleaned up very well after the job was complete. He patched the wall so well that nobody can identify where the patch is!

My hot water started out with gusto but would start to run cold too quickly - as in before I finished showering. I contacted Modern Plumbing and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, they called to see if they could arrive earlier than expected as they were running ahead, which worked great for me. Doug, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He quickly identified the issue (lower heating element not working) and explained the situation (very old water heater) and my options to address in a very easy to understand manner. I opted to just fix the heating element to allow time to save up for a new hot water heater that will inevitably be needed. Doug very helpfully provided me with some replacement pricing so I had clarity on future costs and capably replaced the heating elements and adjusted the thermostat which was set far too high (hence the initial hot water gusto). It was so nice to have the hot water last for a whole shower! The cost for the repair was very reasonable and the 10% coupon discount was a nice bonus. I definitely plan to call Modern Plumbing for my future plumbing needs based on my experience.

This is the second time I've used Modern Plumbing Industries and I will continue to be loyal to this company for anything plumbing-related. Robert I. was my technician today, and he did an excellent job - he is friendly, called to notify that he had hit traffic and would be a little later than expected, took his time, cleaned up after himself, and took care to drill minimal openings on the inside and outside of my block home. He is detail-oriented and the pipes look neat and sturdy inside and out. Very happy once again and highly recommend Robert and this company.

We have used Modern plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors. They are very easy to work with and are always making sure that we are pleased with their work. Even if there were minor adjustments to be made, things were remedied immediately. Everyone at this company is easy to work with and seem to enjoy what they do.

I didn't hire them because they are so much more expensive then Emerald Plumbing who have plumbers who only have men who repipe

David was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. He attempted to complete the job on the first day that he was out to our house, but we needed to have additional holes drilled in our granite countertops to accommodate the new faucets, so he had to come back on a different day. They were great about calling ahead to give us a time frame for arrival, and he arrived on time both days that he had to come. We were very pleased with their work and would hire them again if we needed plumbing work done in the future.

The job went excellent! Modern Plumbing Industries was my THIRD attempt at a plumbing company. Mike responded to my appointment and thankfully, he was the ONE person thorough enough to discover the problem, replace the necessary parts and finally help me put the slow-drain issue behind me. I will definitely use this company again going forward, and specifically request Mike whenever possible.

It went well. The technician was too quick to remove the toilet instead of looking for the drain line access.

Mike was great. He was on time. One Saturday he gave me a quote and was able to come back the next week to get the job done. He had stated it may take him some time to do, He was out in the hot sun for two hours a took the time to make sure my back flow system was more secure and even went into my attic to check my water heater in hopes I will not have any further issues. I am a new homeowner and could not of asked for better service!
