Scott did a great job. We had to reschedule a couple of times because other work was not completed but scott worked around that,

They weren?t perfect, but were good. The guy who came out was very courteous and was on time. The job was good and wasn?t immaculate. He did a really good job. The price charged was really good. I would use their services in the future too.

Scott is the consummate craftsman. He arrived on time for our estimate appointment, and we were very pleased with how knowledgeable he was and the price quoted for the job. We hired Scott and set up a date for the install. Scott indicated approximately what time he would be there, and called that morning to let me know when he picked up the wood and what time exactly he would be there. The floor installation went very well and we are absolutely pleased with how it looks. The only coaching I would give to Scott is that he should be more forthcoming in communicating exactly what he will do and what is expected of the customer. For example, communicating that he will move the furniture for the install and return it to it's original position, but the customer is responsible for any dusting or cleaning that might be needed due to the wood dust. I had to ask a lot of questions which Scott might want to communicate prior to being asked. It sets the expectations for the customer and then no one is disappointed. Overall, we are very pleased with Scott's work and will be hiring him again to install the floors in our family room and den.

Scott did an excellent job. He is very precise craftsman. He was meticulous in measuring and cutting the laminate. He even reused my same quarter round molding whenever possible so that I didn't need to buy more. In doing my half bath he re-installed a brand new toilet I purchased from Home Depot. He took his time and did the job right. He was extremely neat in cleaning up. He even put all the cardboard from my laminate packaging into a box for my recycling. Other contractors would probably have just left the boxes for me to break down. I was very impressed with how he clean left the job, and I complemented him on it. I have very high standards when it comes to hiring contractors to work on my house. Scott met and exceeded my standards.

Scott was in one word, awesome! Free estimates, which was dead on what he promised! Fast, VERY clean, friendly, and did a wonderful job of installing the hand scraped bamboo I ordered. The best part about Scott is his honesty and his willingness to stand behind his work. The job took him three days, which he said was long and only because he had to install a moisture barrier which needs 24 hours to cure. He even worked a Saturday to finish the job! Scott has a great connection for quality, affordable hardwood and will pick it up and bring to work site for free!! He did measurements for free and removed my carpeting and hauled it away for free!! Scott works by himself and works very quickly! Unlike a lot of companies where one person will come out and measure and give you an estimate and then a different crew will show up to do the work, Scott does EVERYTHING himself! He sees a job from the beginning to the end, which yields better care and quality. Not only that, he is local and I am a true believer in using as many local businesses and contractors as I can as I update my condo. The best part about Scott is his price; he is very affordable for the quality of work! There were no hidden fees or tricks, he is a straight shooter. You will not be sorry with Scott's work! In fact, I was so pleased he is right now at my place doing my den in the same wood. I recommend Scott to anyone looking to install hardwood for his cleanliness, professionalism and willingness to stand behind all he does.

He charged $1/square foot to take up the old, and $2/square foot to install the new underlayment, click together flooring and cork tiles. $3 per square foot total plus materials seems like a lot for something we see homeowners do in one show on Do-it-Yourself TV, but there is a lot they don't show on TV. Scott put us in touch with a local flooring wholesaler and they took care of showing and helping us decide on our flooring material. We gave them Scott's measurements and they took it from there. When the materials arrived Scott arranged the delivery and installation, even moving around some furniture we had no room to put elsewhere.

It went excellent. I purchased the wood myself. They came to install the new flooring. I took out the old floor myself. They were on time and worked efficiently. They gave an estimate according to measurement when the estimate was a little high he adjusted accordingly.

They were professional. They cleaned up very well. They kept us informed of when they would be done.

I would not hesitate to use him again.

Install went very well and floors look great. Scott is very meticulous and likes to make sure everything looks great. Price was also great, so I would highly recommend him.

Scott was extremely responsive, returned calls immediately, and was able to start the job within a few days. He knew exactly what needed to be done to replace several non-contiguous sections of warped hardwood flooring without costing a huge amount of money and without any obvious sign that certain sections of the floor had been recently replaced. His work was meticulous. I can't say enough how please I am with his work.
