Description of Work: They replaced 15 windows in our house. We spoke to Dave at a trade show, and after speaking with several other contractors, made an appointment with him. He explained options, pricing, and procedures. They used a subcontractor who was prompt, very courteous and thorough when attending to codes. There was a flaw in one window which was replaced quickly and with no problems. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Our windows were actually installed in 2010. FAS did a great job, and based on that we had referred them to others when asked who had done our windows. Then, just recently I received another check from them for a referral I had given years ago. Even though the referral was several years old, FAS took the time to track us down (we had moved) and to send us the referral check. A great company to work with.

Description of Work: Replaced ALL windows with double paned, hurricane resistant glass and hurricane rated doors (front, slider, French, and pool). The slider, French, and pool doors have built in blinds. Some follow up work was needed, and they were prompt, cooperative, and the job was completed in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: They replaced all of my windows, two sliding glass doors and a door from the garage to the yard. It takes some time for them to get the windows ordered and then get you on the list for installation so don't be in a hurry. Their prices are very high but I had heard very good things about them and not so good things about most of their competitors. The quality of the product and installation is excellent. I have not had any issues with the windows or doors so I have not needed to contact their customer service.

Description of Work: Thermopane windows with anodized look to outside. Six windows in all. Took awhile to get scheduled but once done moved along professionally. Cleaned up after themselves. We will use again for front of house and front door in future.

Description of Work: Installed 7 windows and 4 sliding glass doors. Install was quick (about 2 days) and they cleaned up the install areas after they finished. Some small follow up items were addressed relatively soon after the install (most of the wait was do to replacement parts coming from manufacturer). The windows and doors all seem to be quality with no leaks or squeaks so far.
