Description of Work: I have been using Cleaning by Jenny for several years for house cleaning every other week. Jenny's crews have always been great o work with and do an excellent job at cleaning our house. I always recommend them when someone is looking for house cleaning. The crews are always flexible and are able to adapt to focusing on other areas that may need attention for that visit. Highly recommended if your looking for a professional cleaning company.

Thank you for posting a report on our company! We appreciate all feedback both good and bad. Over all I feel as though this is a fair assessment other than the grade for price. You purchased a big deal from our company that consisted of $149 for a total of 15 windows – that’s less than $10.00 per window, regardless of size. One of the conditions of the deal was that there would be additional charges per window for every window beyond the 15 window limit should the customer decide they want more than15 windows cleaned. Again, thank you for your review and we’d be remiss to remind all Angie’s List members to pay special attention to the “fine print” portion of any “Big Deal” on Angie’s List to ensure your specific needs will be met by the terms of the deal.

Description of Work: We had a deep cleaning recently done at our home. I communicated several times with Jenny and her team before the visit and was always very pleased and impressed with their responsiveness. The girls who cleaned our home - Frances, Stephanie and Michelle - did a great job! Everything went very smooth with their visit and they had no worries with our big dogs, which was very reassuring :) Our house was spotless and smelled so clean when they were finished! It was wonderful! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone wanting a one time or regular cleaning service.
