Description of Work: The wonderful ladies with Cleaning by Jenny arrived on time and immediately began doing a thorough cleaning of my late mother's home prior to our selling it. They worked steadily and efficiently and finished everything in 6 hours. They deep cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned the inside of all windows, cleaned baseboards and window sills and the interior of all cabinets and drawers. They also cleaned all floors and ceiling fans, the interior of the refrigerator and inside the oven. And their great work paid off - the first people who walked through after the cleaning bought the house! I would definitely hire this company again and will absolutely recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Very responsive and seamless scheduling. The two women worked the entire two hours and touched base with me a half an hour before finishing to make sure they had covered everything on my list. A few things were missed in the kitchen, but I forgot to even put the kitchen on my list! The house smelled wonderful and I walked barefoot on the floors and wondered how they got them so completely clean. Brought all their own supplies and mops that had been laundered.. fresh in other words, which I really appreciated.

Description of Work: Paid for 4 hours of service. Three cleaning staff came. I hate to give them a less than stellar rating because the company was very accomodating when I had to reschedule. Though it appeared the three worked the whole 1.5hrs the attention to detail just wasn't there overall. There were surfaces that were 2/3 cleaned/dusted. Especially the master bath was an issue. The only thing I asked for specifically was that the shower track be given extra attention, and they agreed they would. When they were done I noticed only one half of it was cleaned. I brought it to their attention and it was "finished" but I still had to go in after with a brush and little effort for the corners and along the track. Also the shower tile apparently got no attention which I didn't notice while they were still in my home. An easy spray and wipe took care of it so that tells me it was not touched. Perhaps that is not part of their service? I imagine that is why the dirty dishes were removed from the sink so it could be cleaned, then they were put back unwashed. That did surprise me a little as other cleaning services I've used have always cleaned them, but if that is not how they do things, that is fine. Overall they were nice enough but I expect professionals to do a *better* job than I do and this was not the case. I somewhat regret the $30 tip I gave.

Description of Work: The service was excellent. They first asked, in order of importance, what I wanted cleaned then we walked through the house. They accomplished everything I wanted in a professional way. They smiled and easily did their jobs. In fact I have asked them to come back.

Description of Work: I have them clean my house every two weeks. The team I use is very good and understanding of my husbands difficulties. Highly recommend Manu and her team.
