They arrived later than I expected but that was because I misunderstood the time window I'm sure. They worked the entire time with no direction from me since I was on the phone throughout the visit. They were courteous and professional. My dogs liked them after 2 minutes of sniffing which is something new. IThey followed up after the visit to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

They arrived promptly, started right in, and were extremely thorough. They missed one or two spots but were very responsive and came right back to fix them as soon as I called. I would recommend them heartily.

Excellent experience. When setting up the first appointment, they were very responsive and did great followup. They asked questions and made sure they had a ladder to clean high windows. I had absolutely no furniture or tools in the house. The team was very thorough. Came in and scrubbed top to bottom. Cleaned all windows. Jenny and her team are very nice and easy to work with. They worked hard when they were in my home and I hired them for monthly cleanings. They have cleaned my home a 2nd time and I am pleased with the service they provide.

This was my first experience having someone clean my home, so I was somewhat anxious and had a lot of questions. From my very first contact with Jenny and Deana I have been very happy. They are very responsive and answered all my questions. They are very easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable asking them my questions, even though - because of my lack of experience - some must seem silly. I was not home for the cleaning, but was very satisfied their work. My home is now clean top to bottom. I am so satisfied, that I have scheduled them to do regular, bi-weekly cleaning. They seem flexible and eager to please. I look forward to my future cleanings with Jenny, Deana, and the rest of the Cleaning by Jenny staff.

I wasn't home while the cleaning took place. I just walked in after work to a beautifully cleaned home.

Jenny and her team were right on time and very friendly and polite. After a quick tour of the house they got right to work. They worked non-stop, the four of them, for 90 minutes on my 1200 sq ft home. They didn't miss anything and had quite a few surprising touches that I noticed after they left. We will be using them every other month.

Jenny has done a great job for us beginning with our spring cleaning in March. I originally gave them a B for price and punctuality and have realized that they truly deserve A's! The cost is great for the service, especially b/c they provide all of their own equipment and products...that's a huge savings for us that I didn't really factor in initially. They are always on time and work very hard...and they are super nice to my children when we're home :-) Highly recommend.

I called on a Friday I think and they were able to come out the following Friday which was great. The house looked very nice and we decided to continue with biweekly cleaning after the initial "spring cleaning".

They did a very professional and fantastic job. i will use them over and over again.

Jenny and her team are very detailed and take great pride in their work. My first cleaning she had a team of 4 and on the next a team of 2. So far this is the best housecleaners I have used. Also I like the fact that she is open to feedback and will fix anything the she and her team might of missed

I contacted Cleaning by Jenny last minute, just a couple days before Thanksgiving, I was contacted within hours and they fit me in. I have 2 labs, one of which is 9 months old & considers her water dish a swimming pool after which she will then go outside, dig, come back in the house, step through her 'pools' and track back through...; Jenny & her associate did an awesome job getting the 'dog smell' out of the house and make the rest of the house presentable for company ! :) The price was right on, their service impecable! I will definitely ask them to come back again.

Great work, started on one end of the house and worked their way to the other end getting everything done and back to normal.

I called Jenny on a Monday. She returned my call the next day (which was fine). She gave me an estimate over the phone and said she could come the next Tuesday morning since she already had another cleaning nearby that morning. She arrived when she said she would and she and her assistant did a fine job, far better than the service I had been using. Then, 2 days later, she called me to ask what I thought of her work. First rate, I told her, and please keep that caliber of work up. We are now scheduled for bi-weekly service.

Jenny arrived on time and walked us through the initial cleaning. My husband and I went to work and when we arrived back that evening, everything was sparkling!

As a result of temporary disability and then exceptionally long work hours, my house was a disaster. Jenny and Shannon came in on a Saturday when I was off work and did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom, including throwing out a tub full of newspapers. They also not only did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, but cleaned and reorganized some of my cabinets to make it easier for me to get to items I used most often. They also were liked by and played with my 2 dogs, who are not used to having strangers in the house, and helped me clean up dog hair in hard to reach corners in common areas of the house.

Called Jenny to come by and give me an estimate for bi-weekly cleaning. Jenny showed up on time, and was able to start services that week. She did an AMAZING job, my wife and I are very pleased and will continue to use Jenny.

I called Cleaning By Jenny and set up an appointment for an estimate. She came two days later and walked the house with me and that night I received a written estimate of the work discussed along with her credentials via e-mail. I contracted with her to do an initial spring cleaning of my property, which she did the following Saturday. She arrived with two employees, Odessa and Shannon. All ladies were extremely professional and excellent at their work. The house looked fantastic afterwards. The windows glistened. Five rescued cats live with us in the main house and a dog and cat in the guest house where my mother lives. The ladies were so careful around the animals and followed instruction to leave and enter through the garage to reduce the risk of a renegade cat getting outside the compound. They were so cooperative with our needs. Everything went very well and all occupants at my residence were pleased not only with the quality of the work, but with how nice the people were doing the work. Thank-you Jenny, Odessa and Shannon.

After we had flooring installed, I called Cleaning By Jennie. Two days later they arrrived on time, and did such a great job that I am having them clean weekly.

They came in and worked their magic. I had a family emergency that left me with very little time to get ready for my daughters birthday party. I searched Angie's list and came up with Jenny's cleaning I called Wednesday night and they had a cx for Friday. They fit me in. When my husband and I came home the house was spotless. It was awesome.
