These ladies do an excellent job. The past couple of visits have been really outstanding. I thank them for all their hard work!

Overall did a good job. Missed the shower head. Found two dime size bleach spots on a bathroom towel. Kitchen looked great.

They cleaned the oven very well. Overall, good, but didn't think they've done as good a job as others I've hired in the past.

Cleaning by Jenny has exceeded my expectations. We have the same team leader each week -- Manu -- and she makes sure the job is done correctly. She and her team always bring treats, so the dogs are glad to see them. (The cat still hates them because they bring the dreaded vacuum cleaner, but you can't please everyone.) I've been very pleased with the job they do, and have used their services for nearly a year now.

This team is awesome reasonably priced as I compared many other offers and the quality of work is great! Love them

Manu is fabulous. I wouldn’t want anyone else to clean my house but her and her team. I trust her completely to take care of things. Sabrina makes sure that my master bedroom is cleaned just the way I like it. Tina is an absolute doll. Her personality is so funny. I love the way they treat my cats and dog. I am so thankful to have them as my cleaning service. Jenny does her best to make sure I get the group that best suits my needs. I couldn’t be happier with Jenny’s cleaning services. I highly recommend them.

Jenny's team has been doing periodic cleaning of my home for about 10 months. Excellent job. Every team member easy to work with and very responsive to occasional mini requests. Today it was Manu and Sabrina. Had an unusual number of "other" things going on today and they adapted well. I am sure any other member of her staff could have done the same. Have had to change regularly scheduled date a few times and this has been easy to do. Highly recommend.

They schedule with us each month, flexible in the day they come and are on time. The quality of the work is just fine. They use natural cleaners since we are a chemically sensitive couple. The staff are fast workers, professional and pleasant to speak with. They will do "special requested" added on cleaning as needed. We have been with them 6 months plus now.

We have been using this cleaning service for over a year now and are extremely pleased with their work. All the ladies are professional and thorough and seem very happy working for Jenny. I have a lot of dogs, but the house sparkles after the crew has swept through! Anywhere from 2-4 women show up each week, which includes a team leader who always remains the same. Mannu has been our team leader from the beginning and is awesome! We have come to grow very fond of her and love that she never leaves without making sure the floors and bathrooms are spotless. The quality of the cleaning has been consistently outstanding. I also appreciate that the office is willing to work around the occasional scheduling conflict.

She was my cleaning company for 4 years . During that period , I had issues with her staff leaving my home unlocked , being late constantly for cleanings , some issues with quality of cleanings but biggest issues was that they broke many items in my home , many of which were irreplaceable . They broke a 3D crystal picture that my children had made for my husband , a large dog statute and a Moen shower head . The last straw was when I called at work that they had broken the faucet in my daughter's bathtub . Water was spewing out of the Moen faucet . My husband had to come home and shut the main water off to the house during work ( he's a physician and has to leave midday ) then go after work and buy a $125 replacement . When I called Jen she did not want to call a plumber to come out and replace the item . She told me my plumping or faucets might be faulty . I reminded her that the house was only 7 years old and had all high end Moen faucets and that the faucet was not broken prior to me leaving the house to go to work . When I threatened to take her to small claims court , she then put in a claim to her insurance company . Her insurance agent seems to think that I have to mediate a claim through him . I did not contract with her insurance co but with cleaning by Jenny who should have stood my her contract to replace items that they broke . I have never asked for any reimbursement for any items broken in my home prior to this event and am really disappointed that Jenny handled the manner this way . She terminated my contract with her and encouraged me to write negative reviews . Prior to this event , I wanted to go to cleaning every other week because we are empty nesters and our children have been out of the house since 2011 so essentially 1/2 the house is unused . She raised her prices from $125 weekly to $195 every other week - which was $50 more than her competitors . Really sad that a business owner would 1. Encourage negative reviews 2. Not stand by their brand 3. Treat a client who has been with them 4 years and has tolerated numerous issues this way . I have found a new cleaning company and will be seeking damages in small claims court .

Stacy arrived with her crew of Dianne and Virginia and they were really nice and professional. I walked them through, but really didn't know how to direct much since this is the first time I have ever hired cleaning help. No worries-- they went to it very systematically cleaning everything and so beautifully. From mopping to tidying, dusting to wiping down appliances and counters. Kitchen, bath, and all other areas look fantastic! I can now relax and enjoy my home fully, knowing it is prepared well for a dinner party I will have soon. I am very thankful for the great work these ladies did!

Cleaning by Jenny's is by far the best cleaning company around! No other company takes the time and shows the effort they do! I couldn't have made a better decision in my families life than to hire these fine cleaners to perform above and beyond jobs! Couldn't be happier!! Thank you Cleaning by Jenny!!!

All of the employees were prompt and friendly. The work was professionally done and there was follow up communication to verify the work status

Went well. The girls were friendly and did what was requested. Kept me up to date with the timing and what was left to do. I do think the mops used can be upgraded. And, the price was too high in my opinion.

Very well. Stacey and her team were very hard working young ladies. I am very pleased. Stacey was awesome!

Wife was very pleased with the service provided and the courteous manner of the people. She liked the service so much, she is already bugging me to have them back in a month to handle the heavier cleaning.

Kitchen and bathroom floors swept and mopped dusting.

Three nice women came to: clean outside of my kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms cabinets. When they said they were done I checked each area and noticed spots/dirt/grime left. They politely re did it but I won't hire someone again that I have to babysit and I PAID for it. I still find spots missed.

The house was clean, but not the wow factor I look for. The Big Deal was worth it to try them out.150

I arrived home from work and walked through a clean house - everything looked great. I checked for dust here and there throughout our home and found none. The floors were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was clean. Even the sliding glass door to the patio was clean. I was thrilled!

Three young ladies showed up promptly to begin cleaning with all supplies in hand. I had to leave early for an appointment. I felt that I could trust these women to finish the job and lock up when they left. When I returned, I was so please with the sparkle that greeted me. The only thing I might add as a bother is some mold was not removed from my master bathroom shower floor. I realize that it is very difficult to remove. They used Clorox, full strength. The stain somehow resisted their attempt. They really tried hard to clean and remove. I will call them again for future work.

The team from Jenny's is terrific - they arrived punctually on Saturday morning and started right in washing the windows inside and out. We have a one story home, but a LOT of windows and two sets of French doors They removed and cleaned the screens, as well as cleaned the tracks and sills. Everything is sparkling now, and NO STREAKS. They're so cooperative and pleasant - the job they do is well worth the price.

I would hire again! They were pros. I was impressed by the work they did - went well beyond what I expected.

It went great. Very friendly staff and easy to communicate with (email and phone). My house looks great and I would use them again.
