She worked with me in scheduling the job. Her crew did an excellent job and did some extra work, too. They were 3 persons and charged me $125, which seemed reasonable. They are dependable, professional and trust worthy. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

We've used them for a couple of months for housecleaning. They do an excellent job. For example, Susie & Jojo cleaned yesterday and did a super job. They are very friendly, thorough, and competent.

Jenny and her crew (of family members btw) do an excellent job for a fair price. They are quick to respond to any comments, are very professional and friendly. I love that it's an extended family business; you can tell by the quality of the work!

I found over time that my floors looked great, but my ceiling fans were never dusted. I also found a problem with wet wood floors and finally checked under my dogs bed to find that they cleaned my wood bamboo floors and put the dog bed back on top of the wet wood floor and now my floor is warped. I would not recommend letting them clean your wood floors!

started out fine last year. gave me a good price and did a really good job. then every other week when they came it was a complaint that it took them too long and they would have to increase the price. Soon they started cutting corners after agreeing to just do the downstairs. I found so much not done or lots of dirt left under the bed and sofa. dusting not done. Glass doors not shined, etc. Basically the quality and price changed too often for me. I would clean alongside them and pick up everything out of their way to help expedite their time at my home. We were not on the same page regarding expectations

Everything went smooth from start to finish. Don't try any other company.

Jenny & Alicia arrived on time and went to work. Four hours later my windows were sparkling. They were extremely quiet, too, as I work from home. The experience was wonderful and I'll definitely have them come again.

The four women were punctual. They brought all of their own cleaning supplies. They worked quickly and thoroughly. I liked that they asked questions about what products were safe for certain surfaces before cleaning them. They have a system worked out and each has her own area of the house that she is responsible for. They were all social and friendly, even toward my dog. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with the final product.

They arrived when scheduled, did exactly what I asked, stayed for almost 3 hours until all tasks were done. It was worth the price.

3 ladies showed up within the time promised and came ready to work despite the very cold day (40's). This was our initial clean and we walked through our home to discuss areas to be cleaned and our sensitivities and special directions. They also had a detailed set of notes from the initial call. They got to work right away and were very professional and respectful. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. We discovered, however, after they left that one of the Levolor cordless blinds was damaged (due likely to yanking down too hard like old-style roll-up shades), but I was able to disassemble it and fix the spring mechanism. I wondered if they knew it was damaged, but didn't say anything. At any rate, we will be sure to show them its proper operation next time to prevent permanent damage. They were willing to use our vacuum and steam mop. Very accommodating! Will hire them back!

Deana arrived the day before to do a through walk thru of the required services. Jenny and her team arrived promply the next day with a detailed listing of the window cleaning locations and all special instructions. Jenny and her team were extremely pleasant and careful while conducting their work, taking extra care to assess each window and it's framework. All screens and tracks were cleaned and a razor blade was used to remove paint flicks. I would definately call Cleaning By Jenny again and will refer them to everyone I know. They did a fantastic job!!!

During my initial call to 'Cleaning by Jenny", I spoke with Deanna who was very pleasant, knowledgeable in the prices and services provided and presented her company professionally. She made an appointment for within a few days. On appointment day, Jenny called me about an hour prior to her arrival. 3 very pleasant and polite ladies came to my home and gave it the cleaning it really needed. These 3 girls did in a few hours what would have taken me days to do on my own. My home looked, felt and smelled fresh and clean when they were done. I can't wait for them to come back. The burden off my shoulders of not having to think about "when will I have time to clean this house" is worth every penny spent for the services that 'Cleaning by Jenny' provided. Hurry back girls - I'm getting spoiled!

Jenny and her wonderful crew did a complete spring cleaning of my home, including windows inside and out. My home sparkled! I trust Jenny and her crew and they all are such nice people! They have cleaned my home monthly since last April and I continue to be so pleased with their work. Jenny and Deana worked with me to make the cleaning cost effective for me. I really appreciate that they call or email me to remind me of my cleaning appointment. Also, I don't have to tell them what to do - they just do it!!

Jenny and her crew do an excellent job every time. She herself is frequencly part of the crew. If not, there is somebody part of it that has been to the house before.

They called approx 2 hr ahead to confirm time of arrival. Came on time and brought detergents and cleaners with them. The crew of all women proceeded, after a brief walk through, to clean. 3 hours later the house was beautiful again, in spite of three weeks of electrical crews rewiring it, and we were happy we hired them. Very agreeable and pleasant, very workmanlike.

"Cleaning by Jenny" does a wonderful job. They always work with me to make their services very cost effective and continue to provide quality service along with always being on time and extremely friendly. I look forward to each and every visit from them.

So far very happy with the house cleaning service. You get a phone call reminder the day before and they show up promptly the next morning as promised. I can see things that they cleaned/dusted that my prior service would routinely skip. I'm very pleased and will continue to use them. I will recommend to anyone I know that needs cleaning services.

Based on all of the other Angie's List reviews, I made an appointment to have Cleaning by Jenny come to the house. The telephone conversation to set it up was prompt, helpful and clear. The cleaning was great. Exactly as promised. We have decided to have a bi-monthly service with Cleaning by Jenny. They are a family owned and run company with family coming to the house which is really nice. They are super sweet to the dogs, too :)

As I said above I am very pleased! They do everything I have asked. Even asked me if I would like to have something done that they see.
