Jenny and her crew continue to provide exemplery service cleaning my home. The ladies are professional, friendly, and great with my dog! On occasions when I have had to change my regurlar cleaning day, they are always accomodating. I highly recommend Jenny and company!

Jenny and crew clean my house every two weeks and vacuum on the off weeks. They do a great job and even let my dog out when I'm not here. I've tried services before and Jenny is the only one I've used more than once. They are incredibly flexible too. For example, my house is on the market and I get last minute calls for showings. For some reason, they all seem to happen on cleaning day. Each time I've asked, she's been kind enough to make me first on the schedule so they are done and out before the prospective buyer and the house is sparkling.

Were actually a little early. Professional - group of three completed the whole house in about 2.5 hours.

Simply the best! I have lived all over the country and have used many different housecleaning services--Cleaning by Jenny leaves them all in the dust--pardon the pun! Does all usual cleaning (mop, dust, vacuuming, bathrooms, appliances) and always goes above and beyond the call. They bring all their own supplies which saves me the hassle of making sure everything is on hand. All the ladies are prompt, professional, friendly and clean my house, as my mama would say, "to a fare-thee-well"! I will never use anyone else!

The two girls arrived for my first time cleaning, which was described by Jenny as a 'deep' clean meaning that they would spend more time than usual cleaning everything really well as it was my first time cleaning from them. I thought their price was a little high, but thought I would give them a try anyway. Our pest control company had come the previous week and as usual their spray had left some white residue on the floors. When I walked into the house after the cleaners had left I noticed some of the white residue on the wood floors around the fireplace was still there, so I wiped it up thinking that they just missed this spot. As I looked around I noticed that they had missed it everywhere in the house! Any wet mop mopped in any of these areas would have removed all of the white residue, so I wonder what they really did mop. They offered a discount on the price or another cleaning. We had some scheduling issues for the cleaning so I left a message with Deanna and Steve and told them that I would take the price discount. They have never called me back! I would not hire this company again, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENTS: I assure you I was not offered a $75.00 refund for your services. As I mentioned, I have called and left several messages and my calls were not returned. If you are indeed offering the $75.00 please go ahead and mail the check to my home.

They did really well. They did a deep cleaning and they were very friendly and flexible. They gave us a military discount because my husband is on active duty in the military.The only reason why I didn't keep using them is because they were out of my price range.

The two girls that arrived today, really did an outstanding job! They even cleaned inside my kitchen pantry.! I was amazed, because nobody took the time to do that before. They were very nice pleasant girls. I am a former school teacher and they went beyond their call of duty!!

We've been with Jenny for about a year now and are extremely happy with the level and quality of service we receive. They always leave the house spotless and even the small cleaning details are taken care of. Every interaction with Jenny and her team has been pleasant. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a cleaning service. We've been thru several cleaning services in the past couple of years, and Cleaning by Jenny is by far the best.

She was very pleasant. She said she did not service my area, but would look for someone that did.

What I like about Cleaning By Jenny is that they come on time; they get straight down to work and do a good job. I get charged little more than the normal because of the long trip that their crew make from Casselberry to Kissimmee. They let me know that they have to charge me surcharge for that. I had another company that charged me the right amount but I was not happy with their cleaning or the attitude of their staff. I rather be happy with the cleaning and pay more. I will continue to use her in the future.

They were thorough in the cleaning job and did a great job. They have a crew who has been with them for a long time and they do the cleaning always. It’s a family owned business and I like them a lot. I will continue to use their services in future.

My experience with them has been fantastic. They do normal cleaning and not windows, refrigerator or any such thing. They not only clean well, but they are also very friendly with my dogs; they play with them and take care of them, which is a good thing. I have an 1800 sq. ft. place, and they charge $105. They do everything well, and I have no complaints. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they are due to come this coming Thursday.

She leaves my house spotless, and works very fast. She always comes with atleast 3 other women, and they are usually done within an hour or two. They are always on time.

She did a great job. She is very flexible and helped out in a pinch and did a really great job.

From start to finish, I could not have asked for a more seamless service. I was moving in to a rental house and had hired another set of cleaners. Let's just say, you get what you pay for. They had done a horrible job! I needed to move my family in within days, and couldn't imagine moving little children in to the house the way it was. I called Cleaning by Jenny, and they were at the house right away. They sent a team over, and cleaned from morning to night. When we came home to check it out, it was immaculate! It felt much more like home. They were phenomenal to deal with! I would highly recommend their services. In fact, we have hired them to continue weekly services.

I spoke with Deanna by telephone and there was an instant repoir. I described the condo to be cleaned and she went over a detailed checklist with me. Susie called me as soon as she and the girls arrived on the scheduled day and we again went over the list of things to be accomplished. Susie called me again about an hour before the job was finished so that I could look things over. This condo had been sitting empty for two years and was a bit neglected. I could not believe the difference when I arrived. The girls were thorough, efficient and obviously very hard workers. From the first phone call with Deanna, I had no qualms about using this company and just wish they could travel so that I could continue using their services. This is a first rate company and one I highly recommend.

Jenny and her team were great. I'm a single working mother (how often have you heard that!) with a fairly large house that I'm embarassed to admit I had let go, as far as cleaning. Jenny and her team were great. They didn't make me feel bad about the mildew and gunk in my bathrooms. They worked tirelessly for hours to clean my house from top to bottom. I paid extra to have the windows cleaned inside and out which I know was a job. If you want an overall cleaning, hire this team! They will make your house feel, look and smell clean. I've since had the team back once for a bi-weekly cleaning. I noticed a couple of things that they missed, but once I let Jenny know, she was great. I plan to have them come every two weeks and that's a big deal for me. I'm one of those people that don't like to pay for something I feel i can do myself. She charges a little more for bi-weekly cleaning than some others I looked at, but I don't feel bad about paying it because I know they will do a better than average job. I have a small dog that tends to "mark his territory" and they understand. They ask that I put out treats for the dog before they come so they can get to know him and become friends. That means a lot to me! Hire Jenny and her team. They are wonderful!

WOW what an experience! Jenny and her team came out in full force to do this large spring cleaning job along with external and internal window cleaning service. Jenny is very communicative and called to advice the arrival time the day before as well as morning of when they were on their way. She showed up with a team of ten which blew me away. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. At the end of the 6 hours our house sparkled. Every detail was cleaned which was amazing. My wife came home from work and cried when she saw such a beautiful home. We trust Cleaning by Jenny and decided to continue to use their service on a bi-weekly basis.

The crew arrived on time and began work immediately. The worked continually until all agreed upon work was completed. I estimated that approximately 25 man hours were expended to give us a finished and clean product. They brought all of their own cleaning products, and the contact paper for shelving was all that we provided. The crew seems to be very happy working together, and I think that this makes for better work. They seemed to be motivated to impress us with their skills, and this they did. When they were finished our "new" home looked very inviting, indeed!

Jenny arrived with 2 other women carrying all the supplies they needed to complete the job. They were very professional, thorough and friendly to me and our dog. They worked efficiently and took the time to complete the job. I would use them again and recommend them without reservations.

They were very responsive and answered all my questions. The estimate was a little more than I was willing to spend on the cleaning. I don’t think it was an unfair price, but there was a lot of cleaning to be done; I think I am going to do some of it myself. There was a little discrepancy in what I had read as I was investigating in the way of a discount. They based their estimate on a certain square footage, and my home was larger, so we went back and forth on that a little bit. At the end of the conversation, it felt like the discount was not as significant as I had thought it might be based on my preliminary readings. They did a good job of clarifying it for me, and we went back and forth on email, and they were quite responsive in that regard. It was a good experience to get an idea of how they go about making the estimates and what type of services I could get; they did a good job on that too. I would probably call them back for another estimate sometime.

Jenny's team always does a great job, arriving promptly with a cheerful attitude which I enjoy having in my home. I have a priority list which they follow in order to stay within my budget, and they use the correct cleaning products for each area. On occasion, I also have the widows cleaned (for a separate fee), and Jenny herself did a terrific job. I will use them again and I have also recommended Cleaning by Jenny to my neighbors.

The cleaning team arrived on time and went over my expectations. They divided up the work and got started. Their attitude, demeanor and attention to detail was so positive. I enjoyed having them in our home.

These women blew me away! Four of them arrived, all armed with a cleaning tote and bearing vacuums, mops etc. They listened to my priority list, and then went to work. I definitely go my money's worth. They cleaned at full speed the whole time they were here. My main concern was my floors, and they looked great. My bathrooms sparkled, and they even had time to do dusting as well. I was preparing for a party the next day, and when my guests walked in, the place looked great!

I live in Pittsburgh, but my son lives in the Orlando area. I wanted to surpise him with a house cleaning while I was visiting him. I found Cleaning by Jenny on Angie's List and contacted her. We agreed on her services, and she was able to do the work while I was in town for a visit. Jenny and her crew arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job on my son's house. Cleaned floors, appliances, etc. and were very thorough. The house looks great, and my son will be thrilled when he gets home from work.
