Joanne and her crew did a fantastic job again this month, as usual. They always get every nook and cranny, the house smells great after they've been here, and everything's spotless. On the occasions where I've been home at the same time they've been here, every crew member has been nice and personable, and are people I completely trust inside my home. We've been happy customers of Cleaning By Jenny for years and have had consistently great service the entire time.

The 2 ladies who showed up were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. They made sure that I was happy before they left. I was very happy with the service

4 team members showed up on time and began cleaning. They cleaned the entire house, baseboards, ceiling fans, appliances and windows. They were professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

The 2 young ladies did an excellent job. The bathrooms and kitchen were fabulous. This was a surprise for my girlfriend and she was just thrilled and very pleased, especially with her bathroom. I will recommend Jenny LLC cleaning services to everyone. thank you again

They came a little late and did a great job. However, we agreed on service bimonthly, and they didn't show up the second time. They also did not call to explain why they didn't come and didn't answer our calls.

Purchased $131 deal, but knew ahead for what I wanted, it would go over in time/budget. Great communication booking! Answered all my questions. My team of three (Manu, Tina, Pam) were on time, friendly, hard workers! Came in and asked, do you have a highest priority checklist? We walked through the house I explained my highest concerns- floors, kitchen and bathrooms. When it was close to my 1 1/2 hrs (4hr deal w/3 people) I was told what still needs done, and in the pre paid 30 min what they were capable of. After about 20 min, I needed to leave, found out what was left to do, and paid the extra $130, (overall total $261.) so everything could get done. Because I left them, I didn't get a final walk through to point out a few minor details, which maybe they just ran out of time, while perfecting everything else! Also, I did not get a chance to tell them what a great job they did!! I would definitely hire any of them again!

Joanne, Angie, and Tiffany came when I was having a crisis - surprise guests from out of town. The couple to visit are very picky, she's allergic to pets, and he likes to sit in the kitchen drinking coffee and on his computer. I have a dog and cat who have free roam of the house, so they had to anti-allergy the guest bedroom and elbow grease shine the bathroom. Done! Kitchen shiny too. They did a great job so I gave the girls a tip.

Alecia and Kelly arrived right on time. It's been a long time since my house has had a good cleaning. The girls were wonderful. My floors look great, my kitchen is sparkling, and the counters in the bathrooms are shining. I didn't have them do the showers, but will next time. Yes, I am planning on calling today to schedule my next cleaning day. I would recommend Cleaning By Jenny 100%!

I arranged for the service by telephone and that part of the engagement could not have gone better -- I called near the end of one day and by the middle of the following morning had in hand a very complete priced proposal for work to be performed both at the initial cleaning and any follow-on work I might want to have done later. I had a question or two, so I called the number provided, got my questions efficiently answered completely, selected the precise services I desired and arranged for a specific date and time -- all of this is just a few minutes. I was reminded of the service date by E-mail the day before it was to be performed; got a phone call from the actual cleaning staff about 30 minutes before their arrival; and, they arrived, three fully equipped cleaning ladies, on time and enthusiastic about the job ahead. We discussed various specific areas I thought needed special attention and I turned them loose. They were terrific! Everything I could have reasonably hoped for was done quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I quickly came to the point of just staying out of the way of the workers and enjoying the results. The service was so good that I immediately arranged for a routine touch-up service to be performed on a regular schedule for the foreseeable future. That service, too, is priced reasonably and work to be performed is identified in detail in their proposal to me. I could not be more pleased with Cleaning by Jenny

I have always been amazed at how wonderful my house looks after the Cleaning by Jenny team leaves. Joanne, Stacie, and their teams are very hard workers, extremely polite and friendly, and are very trustworthy. They clean thoroughly and always exceed my expectations. I love how clean my house looks and smells after they've done their work here. It's like my dusty mess suddenly becomes a haven again! When I first started with Cleaning by Jenny, I was working my way out of what some may call a hoarded filthy mess. At the time, only half of my house was clear enough of clutter to be able to be professionally cleaned, so that's where I started on a bi-weekly basis. Every time Stacie and her team came, I would apologize for the house being such a wreck and show them the areas that Jenny and I agreed would be cleaned. Instead of being judgemental of the dirty areas of my home, they were all very supportive of my efforts to conquer the clutter and encouraged me to keep plugging away at regaining the use of my house. Stacie just kept smiling and telling me, "You'll get there. You're doing great!" Joanne's team has since been assigned to my home and has continued supporting my efforts to declutter. She, too, has been a joy to work with and it really brightens my day when Joanne's team comes to clean. The encouragement of all of these ladies has meant the world to me, and so has their excellent housekeeping. It's quite embarrassing to invite anyone into a home that is filled with clutter, even if it's someone that you've hired to help. But these ladies never gave me a reason to be embarrassed at all. They have done a remarkable job keeping the clean areas of my home super clean while I work on the rest. Since then I have come a long way in decluttering my home and I only have a few rooms left to tackle. Soon I'm planning on having Jenny give me a quote for the team to clean my entire home instead of just the main areas and bathrooms like they do now. I can hardly wait! I can't thank Stacie, Joanne, Jamie, and the other ladies enough for helping me achieve my dream of having a clean, beautiful home that is a haven for my family and a welcoming place for my friends. After they did an amazing job last year on our many windows in our house, I was looking forward to having them cleaned again this year, but it wasn't as great an experience. The 4 ladies did arrive on time. They asked me to provide garbage bags for their paper towels, and also borrowed a ladder during the process which I wasn't real keen on due to liability risk. They overall did a good job, but not outstanding like last year. They seemed to be rushing it. When they finished, they asked me to look around and cleaned some smudgy areas I pointed out without hesitation. However, after they left and I went around to make sure all the windows were locked, and they had left at least half of them unlocked, I found a lot more smudges and smears and had to clean them myself. I later found a screen on the ground that either hadn't been put back on, or not put on properly. After New Years when I changed to the new Orange County garbage container that had been stored in the garage, I found used paper towels that had been thrown into it loose from cleaning the garage window and had to fish them out of the bottom of that huge container.

The two ladies( Manuela and Tiffany) arrived at the appointed hour with all their cleaning supplies. I was asked what my priority was for the cleaning service. I explained what I wanted them to focus on and they immediately went to work. The fours of cleaning was actually two hours with two cleaners. I have a two bedroom - 2 bath house so the two hours was not really enough time to get into any deep cleaning. They did a great job on vacuuming -dusting and cleaning my hardwood floors. The kitchen was the last room and they only had time to clean the laminate floor, which was my priority. Both ladies were professional and courteous and did not even stop for a break. The were organized in how they went from room to room and divided the cleaning so that each one did a certain task. I bought the on-line promo voucher because I was looking for cleaning service and was happy that I chose Jenny. They had good reviews on Angie's list and they lived up their reviews. I will certainly use them for my regular cleaning service in the future.

The girls did a great job cleaning my house. The bathrooms were sparkling and the rosette of tissues and folded toilet paper looked as if I were staying in a hotel. They made our bed with the clean sheets that just came out of the dryer. The kitchen and living room also looked great. Thank you for a job well done. I look forward to seeing you all again next month.

The team is very personable, effective in appointment to detail and cleaning the hard to clean places. They are attentive to the small items as well as the furniture as they respect our belongings.

Everything went very well. We liked how they asked if they could use certain cleaners on furniture and other items before actually using them. They were sensitive to the face that we have small children, so when one of them decided to follow her around the entire time they were cleaning, it wasn't a big deal. They did the entire upstairs first so when they moved downstairs we were able to put the girls down for their regular afternoon nap. Overall, we were very pleased and look forward to having them come every week.

Team of 3 cleaners arrived approx. 900am, did a thorough job, I inspected and found everything well done, job finished around 1045am.

After purchasing a house cleaning package for $130, I received an email confirming the purchase as well as an option of dates for the service. I responded with what worked for me, and never heard from them again. I called after 4 days and was told they had me scheduled and apologized for not following through. It happens, it was okay. On the day of the service, the team of three arrived on time and were very friendly and introduced themselves, very professional. Additionally, I was asked what was my priority, and I said floors and bathrooms. We have a two story house, upstairs carpeted and downstairs tile, and three full baths and one half bath. Definitely they spent more time upstairs than downstairs, and while they did a standard job, it wasn't spectacular. In one of the bathrooms, only one door panel of the shower was cleaned, bummer. The floors in the laundry room were not cleaned well, and neither were the bathroom floors, all of which were tile. The master bathroom was cleaned very well, just not the floors. We have a long hair dog that sheds, a lot. Unfortunately, I think she won the fur war as they didn't get it off the stairs or the banister leading up the stairs. Downstairs, the kitchen was wiped down, but not cleaned and a lot of areas were missed as they were running out of time. The floors of the kitchen office weren't even touched and the kitchen floors had many areas that had been missed. No dusting was done in the living room, and there were areas of the living and formal living room that they didn't touch. So did I tell them all of this before they left? No. I just didn't really go over the house, room by room with them. But I can say that they aren't the cleaning service for me. For $130, I expected more out of three people in two hours, and they just didn't deliver.

It went great! My children bought me a gift coupon from Groupon for my birthday last October. They had 4 women come out and within an hour they had everything done! Shiny bathrooms, clean floor and no dust! Everything sparkled! Well, about a month went by and my husband and I babysat our 4 year old grandson for 8 days. We loved every second, but, I did not have the energy to clean the house. I remembered how wonderful "Cleaning by Jenny, LLC" did on their last visit, so I purchased a Groupon for myself. (You are only allowed to purchase one Groupon, but since my children bought my first Groupon for me) I was allowed to buy one on my own. Honestly, they do such a wonderful job. With Groupon you get 4 hours, and they finished everything I wanted done with seconds to go. The two young ladies, were such professionals, they never took a break, and did a fantastic job for an inexpensive treat for me. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future! I wish they could've been quicker

Good there were a few areas that still needed work, (under couches, etc.). My wife came home to a clean house!

It didn't go very well. It was okay, they came out, it just wasn't what I expected. When they got here, I thought it was like 130 dollars so I expected them to come out and clean the house. When they came out, I told them to focus on certain areas, my bathrooms; I have two bathrooms and a pool bathroom and she said okay but I didn't know that when they focus on the bathroom, that was the only thing that was going to get done. The young girl they sent to clean my kitchen only did the counter tops, she never cleaned the back slash and the floors. They also cleaned he mirrors in my master bedroom. Maybe I didn't understand but this is not what I wanted. They were on time. They need more experienced people to clean because the girl who cleaned my kitchen was young and didn't know what to do.

I wasn't home when they came the second time but they were very thorough in my absence. I was there the first time they came and the work staff was polite and professional. I have already recommended them to other people.

Because they came a little later than we had planned, they sent 4 wonderful angelic ladies (Joanne, Alysia, Jamie and Holly) and they went right to work! An hour later, my house looked and smelled BEAUTIFUL! I gave them a list and they went above and beyond. They cleaned my master bedroom, master bath, pool bath, guest bath, kitchen, hall, foyer, laundry room and family room. They vacuumed the rugs and scrubbed the floors. NOT a speck of dust was left anywhere. They even cleaned my washer and dryer inside and out! Puppy nose prints were cleaned off all the low windows. All this, as the four worked in sync, and had it done in an hour!!! I was so pleased! I will definitely use them again, and again and again! Just have to talk my hubby into it! lol... We received 2 people for 2 hours. They were on time, brought own supplies. I provided prioritized list of items I wanted them to tackle and they hit every one. Happy with service and would use again.
