Amber and her team have always done an excellent job! She always checks in advance to see if there are any special requests, and the team always does a thorough job. I have also had two window cleanings and two "spring cleanings", and I couldn't be any more pleased!

We are long term clients of Cleaning by Jenny. Each time the ladies tend to our home they do an excellent job.

1) The windows sparkle and are the cleanest they have been in the 29 years we have lived in this house! 2) My house is immaculate! The spring cleaning service is something I should have done years ago, but I never realized the value of this service. All members of the team were very organized and worked very hard. They were all very personable and anxious to please, and their combined experience was evident. At the end of the job, I was given a tour to determine if the work was completed to my satisfaction, and I could find nothing that had been missed or that needed to be redone. I am just amazed at what this team was able to accomplish. I intend to schedule the housecleaning service every two weeks, and I'm already looking forward to the freedom it will give me to focus on other things besides cleaning my house. Thank you so much for literally changing my life!

I would give them triple A's because they're wonderful. I use it every week. Ever since I bought the deal and they came out the first time, I saw the quality, the thoroughness, the professionalism of the workers. Megan is the team leader that comes. She and the team are great. They do a wonderful job. They are great.

The crew was fantastic. Four ladies arrived on time and reviewed with me what I needed done. I also have a disabled son that required some special attention during this process, and they accommodated that without any issues. Two other ladies showed up after about three hours to help since my order was rather large! The crew cleaned my extremely dirty fire place, washed all windows that haven't touched in ten years, spotlessly cleaned all glass and mirrors (and I a wall of mirrors that are 13 ft tall), cleaned the microwave so well that it looked better than when I bought it, polished all the stainless steel, washed baseboards, washed all flooring (almost all hardwood), got the cobwebs down, dusted the ceiling fans and light fixtures, polished the furniture. The kitchen sparkled . . . the granite shined for the first time in ages. They managed to get the hard-water stains off the faucets. All the bathrooms looked new. I am so happy with their service that I plan to have them come on a schedule until the house is sold. It was WELL worth the money!

They consistently clean my house with great detail. Sinks look spotless, glass has no streaks, appliance look new after service. They dust fans and blinds and leave the floors shining. They know what supplies to use and bring their own supplies. They also have common sense and are very effective and efficient. When I am home they always clarify any questions. Showers looks great too and I don't have to worry about mold buildup. JoAnne is amazing.

We've tried a few cleaning teams to see who is the best fit for us and we loved this team! Very professional, thorough and pleasant. We did the special offer which is more about hours than specifics, so there were a few things not done, but they were on our low priority list. They completed our priorities and did a wonderful job for this pregnant mom! Their regular service is perhaps out of our budget, but if I had it, this is who I would hire.

3 ladies came in like tornadoes and did a very good job. My house is 4 bed 3 bath and is very neat but just needs a good cleaning since my housekeeper fell ill several months prior and we hadn't gotten around to finding a new service. They were able to get everything done on my list of priorities.

Patty and her team come to my house weekly and do an amazing job. I've been using them for about 5 months now and couldn't be happier. I get an email the day before to let me know what time they're coming and they always show up on time. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Two people arrived on time and cleaned the house very thoroughly. They were very polite and professional and focused on ensuring the job was done to my satisfaction. One bath mat near my shower apparently got some cleaner on it as it had bleach spots after they left, but otherwise, all went very well.

Kelly and Tiffany really did a great job! I'm not the best housekeeper at all and with a lot of travel time, well, they really had their work cut out for them! They were friendly and very professional, and the kitchen and bath were so clean I had to stand and look at their work, I was so amazed. I would definitely use Cleaning by Jenny and Kelly and Tiffany again!

Like everyone else reports - this service is super. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving and came in like storm troupers. Three people in an hour and a half working non stop got my list completed. Easy to work with. Good communication and really nice people. Yes, I would recommend and I will do again

It has been a positive experience. They are dependable, professional, and do a thorough cleaning. The house is always sparkling when they are finished. They are super nice. I have had contact with the office and the team I have are wonderful.
