Description of Work: This is a company that did everything right. The salesman was knowledgeable and obviously enthusiastic about his product. The price was about what I expected to pay.(Much less expensive than Home Depot.) The Installers arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. I would give them an A+ on every point. This is the way all companies should be run. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors and my boss at work. All of which are thinking of replacing their windows.

Description of Work: Replaced 15 windows. Took about 5 hours. Everything was clean and done professionally.

Description of Work: Installed replacement windows for whole house. They came at appointed time but we're not able to install a large window in the living room, too large for one man. They said they would install it the following day, but it wasn't installed then either. When we called we were told that a communication error occurred and they didn't realize that there was such a large windows in the order. All the other windows were installed by an older gentleman who was very friendly and professional. His installations were perfect as far as I could see. The large living room window was installed by a 2 man team. They left a hole in one of the screens and caulking slopped about inside and out. The older installer used a bucket and water to clean all the caulking and leave each window neat and tidy. The 2 man crew seemed more concerned with getting done and gone. Overall a very good install, but the communication was lacking and the job was not completed in the time frame we were initially given. We were told that if we chose to put up the blinds in the living room that the installers would take them down and reinstall them. They took them down but I had to reinstall them when I got home from work.

Description of Work: Removed the old windows and installed new double pane Removed siding. Shutters, insulated and put all back. Also the left everything spotless. Wonderful job

Description of Work: Window World installed eight replacement windows in my home. The four gentlemen who performed the installation were very professional, efficient and respectful. They even helped me move some furniture back to its original location once the installation was complete. I would certainly recommend Window World of Polk County.

Description of Work: Installed aluminum sliding screen doors on garage door opening (four panels)

Description of Work: I had 5 energy efficient windows installed, four of which required replacement window sills. Sliding glass doors were replaced with french doors with side window.

Description of Work: We used Window World Inc to replace all our windows. It was not a cleaning job, more of a construction job. They took out the old windows and replaced them with new ones.
