We were so happy with the quick response to our need, as we were going to be be in town at the house for only a day, and just a few days after contacting The Lawn MD. Lloyd was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and equipped to make repairs on the spot. He also reset our timer for the next season, and gave us advice about the system and lawn. We would definitely call this company again!

Excellent job. The system was temporarily out of service due to two broken sprinkler heads. The Lawn MD arrived on time, repaired the sprinkler heads and performed a tune up. The system now works great. I plan to use the Lawn MD for all future sprinkler issues.

Lloyd called me back the same day I left a message, and showed up promptly at the promised time the next morning. He repaired the broken pipe, then proceeded to show me the basics of the system, as we're new owners of this home, and have never had a sprinkler system. He walked me through the panel controls - fixing some obvious errors the previous owners had it programmed with. He also made some general suggestions on maintenance. Highly recommended!

It was good. The system that I had was not something that they could service as it was not working. They got the job done in about one hour. They sent one person out to do the job and he was very friendly.

Though water meters are not part of the sprinker system, Lloyd located and repaired a leaking pipe next to our meter. We can't say enough about Lloyd's professionalism, knowledge and a great service!

Lloyd was very professional but the main problem I had he could not help with. I needed to find several heads that had been capped off and he was unable to do this. I should have asked more questions because the final bill was higher than I expected while my main problem is still not fixed, so unfortunately I am no better off than before he arrived, just out a lot of money. I thought the service charge should have been credited to the first hour but instead it was on top of the hourly rate, and the parts were very expensive,

Very polite, punctual and professional. I was very impressed by his knowledge and aptitude in fixing our complicated 18-year old system. We have 16 zones and the last sprinkler repair person we used was quite overwhelmed by it; our bill was always sky-high, with rotors and sprinkler heads constantly breaking. Lloyd installed a new control box which is completely modern and much easier to use than our old one, and personally walked me through using it, providing helpful suggestions and answering all my questions. A pleasure doing business with him and I would recommend him to anyone in need of sprinkler repair!

I made an appointment for Lloyd to come out and just "check" my sprinklers as there were some spots on my lawn that were dying. This was an A+ experience from beginning to end. The very professional receptionist (Lloyd's wife) was extremely accommodating, and when rain was setting in mid-day, she made it a point to call me to reschedule for the next day. Lloyd was prompt, professional and immediately diagnosed why there were dry spots in my lawn. He fixed the broken sprinkler heads, made some adjustments and even made some recommendations -- WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE!! Since I've had somebody else work on my sprinklers in the past, there is plenty of inconsistency with the sprinkler heads. Lloyd's suggestion was that we will just change them out as needed so that all areas get watered with the same pressure and amount of coverage. I would absolutely use The Lawn MD again in the future for all of my sprinkler needs!!

Came same day as I called. No hesitation to "dig" into a messy repair, diagnosed and solved it quickly. Gave helpful instructions for managing the system. Very helpful. Very responsive. Conservative price. High marks! Wouldn't call anyone else.

There was an extra charge. I thought that he gave me an honest and expert advice about the improvement on the irrigation system. I was a little surprised with the cost of his materials but they fixed it right on the spot and that was too much charity. The only thing he told me was that he could not do certain things than all the others. He was not trying to convince me on something that he could not do but he recommended another vendor who could do more expensive modifications to the system. I did find that person on the list and made a note of that. I appreciate that. He did good work and it was a good recommendation. I think he was true to the standard that you are trying to set in terms of fair price and accurate reporting.
