He was able to get my system running better than it was before his visit,even though my system is old and obviously poorly installed. He will certainly be the first number dialed when I need work on my sprinkler system again. A+

He was very professional. He gave an itemized bill via Square including hours worked, had a nice clean truck, and a pleasant and clear manner of speaking. He quickly did some work on the first day to move a few heads and came back with the parts to finish on the next day. He recommended a type of head that I had not seen before but they worked great. He spent time equalizing the pressure on the zones and educating me about everything that I had been doing wrong (in a very nice way!). His pricing was very fair. He solved our issue for 1/10 of what another company quoted us by working smart.

The Doc did a great job, very professional and it was really hot the day he did the work. Explained everything he did and was concerned that we would be satisfied. This is the kind of independent businessman I want to support.

Being a smaller company, I was't able to reach Lloyd (the main proprieter) initially, but he was very diligent about responding to my messages promptly. After a bout of phone tag, we agreed to a time and date for what I assured him was minor sprinkler repairs and a complete test of the entire system. Lloyd had the nerve to show up right on time and with a pleasant, professional attitude (how strange these days). What work I knew had to be accomplished was completed quickly and thoroughly, though he thought he detected a large underground leak whilst testing the entire system. Sure enough, after some trouble shooting and digging, said leak was discovered, isolated, and repaired in short order. An assumed minor job had become larger, but he didn't bat an eye about the extra time and labor involved. That finished, I readied myself for the financial "damage". Again, Lloyd had the nerve to present me with a bill that was professionally itemized and much smaller than I anticipated (in today's world? Really?) I can't begin to express my complete satisifaction with the service provided. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lawn MD to any and all who desire professional, courteous work done on their personal or business irrigation system.

Did all work above. Had to come back a week later as did not have all the rotors on truck. Knowledgeable, punctual and communicative. Would use again.

Lloyd is a very nice man and nice to do business with. He was on time. He did additional work that I needed on my lawn sprinkler system. This is the second time I used him.

He was good. He was very friendly. He seems to do a good job. The only thing I would have asked that he did differently was I purchased the deal, he didn’t give me the quote before he went before he finished, and that there was an extra. I would have said yes but it would have been nice if he had given it first.

Lloyd determined that the leakage was due to a problem with one of the valves. He was able to find the valve that was hidden under mondo grass that had grown over it. He was able to repair the valve and tune up the rest of the system.

They did the inspection and the sprinkler head was broken or cracked and they replaced that with a reasonable charge. I thought they did a reasonable service and I'm okay with it.

Lloyd is very personable and knowledgeable. Recommended some future updating to my older system but no hard sell. I'll definitely call him back!

Lloyd was very professional. Came out and checked my whole system out and found two broken heads. Replace the heads as he had them on this truck. Lloyd then proceeded to check each zone to make sure they were working properly. Then he went through the whole system with me and gave me some pointers on watering the yard. I would highly recommend Lloyd and his company to anyone needing irrigation repair

Great! He did a very thorough job on my Mom's house. I liked Lloyd so well, I'm hiring him to do a diagnostic test on our own house. Very flexible with the timing of recent thunderstorms, but we finally got together & he was very prompt & professional.

This company and the tech has a high degree of honor and integrity. They did exactly what was necessary at a fair price. Others wanted $1,100 to $800.00 to do the same work. He replaced about 8 sprinkler assemblies, 12 sprinkler heads, fixed a broken water line that was just broken by a fence installer (I did not know it was broken), added filters to all sprinklers, adjusted coverage areas, and adjusted the sprinkler timing as certain zones were not on long enough. Work was performed expertly and quickly. I will use this company again and highly recommend them !!!

We recently purchased our home and the sprinkler system was not working well, and in some areas not working at all. Lloyd came over, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I decided to turn a small job into a large one and asked Lloyd to do much more than what I called him for. His price was very reasonable and his work is excellent.
