I had a pleasure to work with Dr. Phillips Construction this Monday. I needed to install pavers at my patio. Luiz and his guys are very professional and dedicated to their job. Everything was done on time ( despite weather conditions ) and at a high quality. Cannot be any happier.

Luis was excellent to work with. He was very responsive, we arrived at a fair price quickly, and he started work within 1 day. Luis and his workers did a fantastic job replacing our cracked concrete driveway with Brick Pavers. I think Louis did a great job. The HOA required my whole driveway to be replaced instead of only the cracked portion from the house to the road (I have a separate rear non-attached garage). This essentially TRIPLED my job & Louis was very fair on price & quickly adjusted the schedule to lessen our inconvenience. His men are polite wonderful guys who really try to achieve your expectations. I highly recommend this company.

I can tell that Luiz & DPC takes a lot of pride in their work. He is a a man of his word. Very easy to deal with and did a fantastic job replacing our paver driveway, pressure washing all our existing hardscape and back yard brick wall, and applied a wet-look sealer over all the pavers in our front and back. It looks amazing. I look forward to seeing every day!

My husband and I are very happy with our new paver patio and pergola. It looks great Luis was very receptive to our wants and didn’t pressure us to do more than we wanted. Luis even created a garden area for us . Love our project and we do recommend !

I won’t recommend them. They didn’t finish some parts of my deck and they don't want to come back to finish it since I already paid them. Very bad business.

Luis was very professional, courteous and timely in completing the project of pressure washing, sealing ad staining my deck and fence. We discussed color choices and stains at length before deciding on the perfect chocolate semi transparent stain and sealer. I am 68-years-old and unable to move some large objects from deck before Luis could start the project. He did not hesitate to move the furniture himself. I also appreciated it when he carefully replaced the objects after completing the project. The deck was dry because he painted the deck before starting on the fence. I am so thankful that Luis helped me complete the necessary project of sealing my year-old deck and fence before the hurricane season.
