My experience with this company was the most professional I have seen in a very long time. Starting with calling the company to get an estimate for the job to replace three skylights. The woman who answered the phone for the company was very pleasant and professional which I found out was the owners wife. She had someone out later that day to take a look and give me an estimate for the job. A young man named Toren came out to my home and very professional and know his business very well. Turns out Toren was one of the sons of the owners. I was told it would take about two weeks to get the new skylights in which was not a problem since I expected a much longer wait time. Toren told me his father and his brother do the installations which was great to hear. I really love dealing with a family business who takes pride in what they do. I got a call from Scotty the dad in only one week of waiting and the skylight were in and ready to be installed. Dealing with Central Florida Skylights was such a pleasant experience. I called a total of four companies and got the run a round from three of them who couldn't even give me and estimate when they came to my home. All three of them told me they would get back to me and they never did. THANK YOU Scotty and family for such a great experience and the great job you did for me.

Expert salesman, product & installation! Absolutely recommend Central Florida Skylights to all wanting to put light in there home! Tha solar Attic fan is fenominal! Installation of three items (2 skylights & 2 Attic fan was completed within 2 hours. Roofers weâ re taking off old roof and could not have gone any smoother or quicker! Cost was even better than roofing company could do !

Review: When the bf and I recently demoed the bathroom, we discovered there used to be an old skylight the previous owners covered up due to water damage. I felt like I had just found buried treasure, and I was so excited to bring it back during the remodeling. It would give my 1960s mid-century modern house back some of the soul it once had. But everyone told me I was crazy. Why would you punch a hole in a perfectly good roof? My boyfriend asked. You will never find someone around here willing to install a skylight on an old house, a contractor, who only installs light tubes, told me. I just kept hearing about all the problems, and I started to get discouraged. But Scotty saved the day. He was willing to do the workout in my area. When I told him upfront a warranty on the work was super important to me for my peace of mind, and he said of course he would warranty it. He promised to tar the heck out of it for me and emphasized he stands by his work. Scotty was very responsive, scheduled the work quickly, showed up on time, and got the job done in a couple of hours. (Mine may have gone faster than others because I already had the ceiling opened up to the attic/roof.) I felt like a kid on Christmas, and my house has a big piece of its charm back! Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent team at Central Florida Skylights. Very reliable, very quick to respond. Quick and efficient install of new skylight and solar attic fan. Professional and friendly, and cleaned everything when they were done. It's nice to have a contractor show up when he says he will and do what he says he will do!!

Scotty was very nice and professional. He quickly returned all calls and answered all my questions. He scheduled and completed the job within days of the original estimate. The installation only took a couple of hours and they vacuumed up the dust before leaving. I would definitely hire them again.
