The experience with the broker (Executive Auto Shipper) was great. They were very responsive and professional. After you contract with the broker, they then contract with a carrier to actually transport the car. They could use any carrier that happens to bid on your job that is available given the time and price. The carrier who they happened to use for our job was inconsistent and quite unprofessional. I contacted Executive Auto Shippers with the problems I was having and they were on top of it all. They followed up and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would use Executive again, but would specify not to use the same carrier (Art Max Inc.). All in all, the car arrived as expected and ended up on time. I have read plenty of reviews of other brokers/carriers that were nightmares. You just have to do your research and be prepared as best you can. The biggest issue seems to be the carriers.

It went. Sasha was straight up legit on the booking side. Ask for her when you contact EAS - she loves being constantly busy, hates lunch breaks because it ruins her flow, and keeps it real. On the transport side of things, Max (from Comic Transport) was all about just gettin' it done. Ride showed up with just a light dusting and some bugs on the windshield (nothing a car wash can't fix), but no cosmetic defects were seen upon inspection and axle/suspension weren't harmed during transport.

GREAT... car was picked up at 1pm Thursday and delivered to me in Florida at 8pm.... crazy fast !

It was good. They were very good on following up on things. The carrier they used was a little sketchy but it worked out ok. When I compared them to other people they were definitely a good price. Quality is hard to say because you're rating the broker versus the carrier. For the broker I would say an A.

Service was very professional, easy to use and organized . The woman (Melissa) who assisted me was awesome. They basically did everything for me. All I had to do was pay them and be here to receive my bike.

Set up contract 7 weeks in advance. No shipper on day 1 of 3 day window- called agent with concerns and shipper arrived later that day- picked up at noon Monday and delivered 24 hours later-went from doubt it would be done to fantastic outcome. Have had some very poor results with shippers so was nervous, but they came through-that's what counts.

The transport went extremely well. There were no scratches and the vehicle was delivered in the same condition as it left Florida.

Excellent, the schedule that was discussed initially was easily achieved, in my case it was only 3 business days between the order and the actual pickup. The transit time was 2 days and communication with the driver was excellent so the pickup and delivery went smoothly.

Only one miner glitch. Car shipped was a gift and I paid cash up front upon shipping (pick up) so our son just had to sign for car. When the car arrived the driver wanted the balance due. (Price minus deposit). Called Executive and spoke to Betty who corrected issue and car was delivered. No one pays up front and driver did not notice on carbon copy bill was paid in full, even on my copy it was very light. Delivery was quick (picked up 8pm Tuesday and delivered 10am Saturday.). Customer service was great, fast delivery. Thanks again to Betty who followed through and called back quick. I will use Executive in the future and definitely recommend them.

It went fantastic . I did my research and reviews were great so I hired them. They not only picked up my car on time and placed in the truck, but delivered it at 2 AM when I landed in Miami. The entire job was awesome. There was not a question that went unanswered. My car did not even have dirt on the top when it was delivered. So impressed, I would definitely use them again.

As the customer, I agreed to an alternate location 35 miles from my home. The company did not offer a change in price or any type of flexibility.

Laura was very responsive in quickly getting a quote, answering questions and following up at each step. The transport company (DRM Transport) and their driver Scott were also very professional and easy to work with. The car arrived on the planned date and everything went very smoothly.

They were quick to respond each time I had a question and picked the most amazing carrier (WEO Trucks) for us who was also great to work with - friendly and so very helpful every step of the way! The driver was very skilled and took great care of our car. I can't say enough good things about Executive Auto Shippers and WEO Trucks! Will definitely recommmend them to anyone looking to ship their car and will call them if we ever need to ship again! Note: The extra $35 for tracking was worth it for peace of mind - not perfect as no signal was available in some areas but still worth it and EAS followup kept my mind at ease when there was signal loss.

The pickup was as promised, and they made sure to deliver the car after we arrived home, also as promised. And the car arrived in perfect condition--not even dirty (the way it was when it originally arrived in Florida through a different company).

I went perfect...I didn't believe it goes as smoothly as this..First the driver and the despatch guys meet my schedule changes without any hesitation.. Second, the driver Freddy arrived on time to pickup my Hyandai Elantra and gave me the assurance that he will deliver it on time from Round Rock Texas to silver spring Maryland after two days, frankly speaking I didn't believe him, but he did it!!! He called me before 30 minutes and gave me my car in perfect condition..One simple change only Tyre pressure was low..But everything was perfect...I paid him the remaining balance in Cash and all the cash in my wallet as a tip maybe be it was around $30... thank you Freddy!! Melissa, Thank you for choosing the right company for my car and the follow up... You were perfect in delivering what you said you would do! Meeting my schedule! Anybody who wants to transport there cars should choose Executive! I'm happy to find such a company on my first try to transport a car!!

This was my first experience shipping a vehicle, and it was a good one. Laura did a great job communicating and assigning me a transport company. The driver/hauler (Adriane) was very professional - excellent communicator and did absolutely everything he said he would do. I felt like he was looking out for me and my vehicle the entire time. Car was picked up on schedule and delivered to me EARLY! (that's a good thing) No scratches, no nicks, no dings and NO HEADACHES! Not the cheapest, but not nearly the most expensive and worth every penny.

Everything went very well. I had a pristine 1965 GTO convertible shipped from Columbus, Ohio to Atlanta, Ga. The car arrived on schedule, in the same condition that it left Columbus.

Everything went smoothly and our son was pleased with the transport on his end. They picked up the vehicle within the time frame they said and it was delivered in the stated time frame. Executive Auto Transport was a little more expensive than others but after research on the internet we felt they were the best choice for us.

Great! On time pickup of vehicle. Absolutely no damage to body, undercarriage or mechanical. Both Executive and the driver kept in contact. And because it would have been dark when the driver arrived in area and was bad weather, the driver delivered first thing the next morning. This was still a day earlier than we had expected. We were thrilled with the entire job, start to finish.
