car moved very well and transporter was very nice

Went great. They were a little abrupt on the pick up, giving me only two hours notice on a day that I did not expect. But the move itself went smoothly.

Melissa told us that she would be available to talk with us before, during and after the transport. She was wonderful, kept us informed, called and emailed us the day before the pickup with the driver's name and cell #. The driver, Sam, from Finishline Auto Transportation was friendly and professional. He instructed us where to meet him close to Dad's place, as Dad's street is very narrow and busy. He loaded the car and off he went! He called us on the agreed upon delivery date and brought the car to our house. He was fast, efficient and we were so relieved to finally have the car here! We were so happy with the performance of both companies that we will soon hire them to move another car from Cleveland, OH to Dallas, TX.

Betty was very patient, helpful and forthcoming. She was very willing to answer questions and she gave me as much time as I wanted. She called me several times when I had little hiccups.

It was quick and safe. Driver contacted me very quick and scheduled the picking up time which is the first day of the window. The car arrived around 1 week later in the destination without any damage or scratches. Price is good. Will consider this company again.

I did not pay extra for a hard sided trailer but I did receive that and was happy. Driver was upset that car had items in it, even though EAS's policy is up to 100 lbs. I didn't have near that much. That was the only issue. EAS's staff were very nice and responsive. Shipping was on time.

Expectation was 2-4 days for transit time but was delivered in one day by carrier loaded with 5-6 cars. Good proactive communication by email and phone. Great experience and would recommend.

I would not use this company again. Several things did not happen that they promised would: - There was no call to go over pickup and delivery process and procedures - driver called me 30 minutes before pickup out of the blue - When I called them to find out what I should do since driver just called, I could not get a hold of anyone. I was left on my own to deal with driver. Executive Auto had told me not to load car until they had spoken to me about it first. I did not know what to do and was furious. I did the inspection and loaded it anyway because my son needed his car desperately. - During the inspection, prior to having car loaded, the driver marked down blemishes on doors that were perfectly clean. When I asked him why he did that, he had no response. I had to make him do it all over again. - When I told Executive that I thought that I was entitled to a small refund due to my bad experience, they declined because the car had been picked up and delivered. If all of this doesn't matter to you, the car was delivered fine. I could have had someone else do it for $200 less if I had known that I would not get the service I was promised.

Our vehicle was stranded in another state after an automobile accident. We were unsure where to turn to find help to get our car home. I am thankful that I checked Angie's List and wanted to return the favor to the next shopper with a review. We had an excellent experience. The transport went exactly as planned, and the price quoted was exact. Do not hesitate to hire them!

After talking to over a dozen auto transporting companies and being bombarded with countless telephone calls and emails; I found Executive Auto Transporters on Angle's List; I spoke with Laura who was so helpful and knowledgable and guided me through the process and answered all of my questions I knew right away this was the company that I could trust to get my grandson car across country to him safe and sound. Within 5 days the car was picked up by Stan who was very nice and reassuring; we assumed it would take at least 2 - 3 weeks or more for delivery (car picked up on Monday evening delivered that Sunday afternoon) with no problem. Laura did not inform me about a $200 charge for a covered unit until after I had agreed. Their pricing was on the higher end but I chose them because of the good reviews. She was apologetic and said it was an oversight on her part. I still went with them. She was helpful in answering my questions although I do wish she had been more timely in getting back to me but I don't know if it is reasonable to expect a response to a vm or email within 1 business day in this industry. The day I flew out of NY happened to be the day she informed me that she needed my credit card again. I left her the info on voicemail but still received requests from her throughout the day for the info. I had enough on my plate and would've appreciated some more attention to detail. Again, maybe the sales persona are overworked and work on volume. The driver was excellent however and highly professional. Got my car on day 1 of the delivery window.

A little disorganized getting picked up but recognizing that a truck is driving around picking up cars to ship. Once picked up, the car was there fast, really fast. No issues in transit, no damage, drop off was on time.

Driver was on time to pickup, courteous, professional and polite. Delivery was ahead of proposed time with great communication. Extra effort was made to find a suitable location close to our daughter's home for delivery. Would reuse the company without hesitation.

Everything went very smoothly. EAS was very good with communication and driver was very responsive. You have to be ok with having car available to be picked up for a 5 day window which can be tough if you are trying to do exact planning, but I think that is the nature of shipping cars. I was given a 5 business day window and car was not picked up until last day, and I didn't know that until the afternoon before. I understood that from the beginning so it was ok. Car was delivered in great shape and driver was great.

The staff (Melissa and Sasha) were courteous and professional. They were informative every step of the way. Although the transport company wanted to pick up the car before my son was ready (the first day of the five day window), the staff at Executive worked hard to make sure the car was picked up at the end of the five day window. The transport company picked up the car on a Tuesday morning and it was here by Wednesday evening.

The car was picked up at the time that was given and delivered on the day that they said it would be delivered.

It went well. Timely selection of a hauler who was on time and reliabale.
