They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The car was picked up and delivered right on schedule. Another thing that should be noted is that when I called for information during this process they responded in a timely manner. Also the carrier they selected CRF to do the job was every professional and did a good job too. I would use both companies again for sure.

The entire experience working with Executive Auto Shippers was excellent. The price wasn't the least expensive, but the service was excellent and my car was delivered in 7 days which was less time than other shippers. The communication from Executive Auto Shippers was clear and consistent. The representative took time to answer all of my questions and quickly sent me email confirmation, clear instructions, and follow up. The driver was very courteous, trustworthy, communicated with me regularly and extremely helpful on both ends of the delivery! I'd recommend highly!

Everything worked just fine, with just a slight hiccup. The driver was a little confused about taking the deposit by credit card. Apparently he didn't know to call the office. Ended up paying the driver the deposit in cash and then paying the same amount by credit card to the broker. It all worked out fine though because at drop-off, the driver knew he was only owed the balance. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. The turnaround time was faster than I expected.

Went well they arrived a little late on the delivery due to traffic but otherwise everything went well. I ordered expedited service and they called the day before the pick up and everything went well. The driver also called the night before delivery.

Great. The process as described happened without a hitch. Paid deposit when trucker was confirmed (not before), trucker called early inthe day to let me know he was coming, clean courteous and took careful handling of my car. Car arrived 4 days later with no problems.
