Trailer caused bent tailpipe, but driver repaired, so all in all, excellent service.

They're a little higher but they are good. Although they are higher than most, they are better than most. They deliver your product in shape and on time and no hassles.

It went well - the folks who schedule and give you all the information at Executive are fantastic!! Rachel was wonderful. The company they brokered to actually pick up the car and then take it to Washington was very good too. Very communicative - if I called they answered!! No surprises and everything went according to plan except the delivery in Washington was a few hours later than scheduled - but even that was not bad. Both companies did a really good job. I'd definitely use them again.

All went well except the driver didn't show up the day he said he would -- instead he came the day after. The car still made it to its destination on time. The car was not damaged. The drivers spoke almost no English, so communication was difficult.

It arrived in the exact same condition as it left, and both the person who picked it up and the person who dropped it off were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them! The price was better than anticipated.

Went smoothly; no hitches; though it was a bit more costly. I have read this extra $350 is basically to ensure a smooth experience. Also they do not take a deposit until they have picked up your vehicle.

Had used open transport on previous occasions and cars sometimes delivered is sad shape. Decided to use an enclosed transport this time around. $200 or so more expensive than an open transport, but definitely worth it. The driver was professional and took care when loading in the truck. Then the car was covered so oil and fluids from the car above did not drip fluids on it.

That's who I have gone to for years with all my cars. What I like about them they go over like my 60,000 miles is coming up and do this and let's get this done. They don't try and get over on me. They are sometimes a little expensive, but they are reliable and I don't have to take things back. They are very professional. I would use them again.

Fairly well. The pickup was the last day of the 5-day window they promised. The delivery was one day later than the estimated delivery. Biggest inconvenience was the actual transporter, who was very poor about simply sending a text or two to keep us informed of actual pickup and delivery day. I had to text the driver, and even email Exec Auto Shippers to get them to nudge him to respond.

Our move was very smooth. Unlike other companies I contacted, there were no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone was prompt and courteous.

They got the car to the destination exactly when I wanted despite the delay. The driver was punctual, communicative and polite. He even got the car to my daughter earlier than expected.
