The only small issue was that the driver arrived a day earlier than expected. We did not get a day ahead update on the drivers ETA. We did have 3 hours notice and were able to respond to an agreed delivery location okay.

Very smooth process. All communication through phone and email was professional, courteous, "accurate". The driver was very friendly, professional, and patient. He had to stop and wait for me after he had already headed out on the long haul, so that I could retrieve something from the vehicle that was accidentally left inside. The car was picked up and delivered within promised time frame, and the driver gave advance notice regarding his ETA. The vehicle was in the same condition as at the time of pick up, (no damage) and apparently careful handling of it. Thank you very much Executive Auto Shippers, especially the particular driver that handled our car, for your excellent services.

Everything was good except that the truck was stuck on the road for a few days. As a result it was delayed for delivery for 4 days.

Easy communication. Quick response from EAS representative to inquiries. Fair and competitive pricing to other quotes received. Direct contact information for driver was provided to determine specific pickup and delivery schedule. Process was well described and easy to follow, which was important as I had never previously shipped a vehicle. Payment for services was also easy and well described in advance. No deposit required until pickup. Deposit amount of approximately 20% at pickup with balance and final payment due upon successful inspection at delivery.

Actual transport went well but VERY poor communication. Almost impossible to reach driver or even for company to reach driver. Last minute changes & notices for pick up day & time. Pick up delayed a day & then tried to delay another. Driver then tried to convince us to deliver vehicle a significant distance from agreed upon destination. Company acted like they were doing us a favor rather than being paid for a service. At one point company called to say "your BMW has been picked up" when in fact our vehicle was a Toyota sitting in the driveway.

Auto was picked up and delivered ahead of schedule. Was not the lowest price quote but service was great.

Excellent experience. Found Executive Auto Shippers on Angie"s List. There price was favorable and the service was excellent. Melissa was professional and provided me with a timely departure of the vehicle from OH. The driver Kevin from KSD Auto Transport arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with and delivered my car the next day in the same condition it was in when he picked it up. I highly recommend both of them.

They process was excellent I truly appreciate my account manager and the driver .. I would recommend them for any car shipping needs and I am hard to please. They very patient and kind during this process as this was my first time shipping my car and it was completely across country. My car was picked up on time and delivered before schedule.

This is the only time Angie's list has ever failed me. Executive Auto did not provide a shipping date with sufficient time to arrive at the delivery site, despite giving a 3 months advance notice with a credit card deposit. Very disappointing. Used another shipper at the last minute, but the other company delivered on time (Parker Trucking was excellent 5 stars).

EAS representative (Krysten) was excellent at being in touch and answering questions. This is a company that acts as a broker. Initial pick-up window got changed from 3 to 5 days 2 days prior to pick up. There is not a lot of wiggle room to plan ahead. Actual transported showed up ~5 hours late. Transport took 2.5 days. Car was delivered w/o a scratch.

From the first contact with Melissa, my Customer Service Rep, to the delivery of my vehicle everything went perfect. Melissa understood my needs and never tried to do a hard sell like so many others. She earned my confidence and my business through her prompt responses, her understanding of my needs and took great care of me. My vehicle arrived on time, in excellent condition and there was no issues what so ever with the transaction. They were not the cheapest shipper, other prices continued to come in lower and lower from where they started. What was important to me was this had to be done right and their original quote was very close to the myriads of others. I would recommend this company and will use them again should I ever have the need. Outstanding Customer Service, honest and a good value.

Excellent service. Melissa was super to work with, she answered all of my questions and we were able to set up a cross country transport quickly and easily. Driver arrived on time for pick up and car was delivered to my home exactly when scheduled in perfect condition. Many thanks to EAS and Melissa. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have had to change carriers. My first problem was, while the company knew that I was flying out on a specific date and the car was to be picked up at the motel, their staff person never explained that the 5 day window for pickup availability only included business not calendar days. I never questioned the pick up date that she put in the order as she knew when I was flying. I had to find a place to store my car before I flew, My second problem came with the scheduled pickup. While I received an email that Executive had assigned a driver from Fife Ship Company and that my car would be picked up on a Friday(remember that I have already flown back to MD), when my friend and I both contacted Executuve Shippers and Fife Ship Company on Friday afternoon, we were told that the car would be picked up either late Friday or Saturday morning. My friend also called the driver Friday afternoon and was told by the driver that he had not been scheduled to pick up the car. My friend then called the staff person at Executive and was told that she would get back to him that afternoon(Friday). She never did. As my friend never heard back either from Executive Shippers or Fife Truck Shipping, I went ahead and cancelled the order via email on Saturday morning. This information was never relayed Monday morning to The Dispatch office at Executuve as I received a phone message from them that the driver was at my friend's ready to pick up the car. In summary, inaccurate information was provided me at the beginning of this order(i.e. 5 business not calendar days for pickup) followed by the lack of clear communication from both Exeutuve and the local carrier on who was picking up my car and when.

The damage was not there when I dropped my car at a very dusty junkyard in Phoenix, AZ, and I left it there with reservations about doing so. I took possession of my car again in Charleston, SC about 5 days later with damage. I made a claim through Executive Auto Shippers insurer and was denied because of "typical road hazards" in a cross country journey! A scraped rocker panel is not road hazard, but clearly inflicted by someone handling the car. I would recommend to anyone using this company to document, document, document before you leave your car with them. Dated photos of before and after should provide proof, unfortunately, I didn't have the presence of mind to do so.

Arrived ontime and without a scratch. A little dirty, but I was warned about that!

The process of shipping an auto cross country is confusing to the first timer. I simply used Angie's list to find the shipper with the most/best reviews. They are brokers like everyone else, but Rachel answered all of my questions, agreed to the payment terms that I wanted, and followed up to be sure the car was picked up on time, and then a week later after it was delivered, followed up again to be sure everything was satisfactory. The driver who picked up the car arrived exactly on time, and the driver who delivered the car in California was able to arrange a drop off time that worked for my son who had to juggle day car and work. All in all, a painless experience that far exceeded expectations.

Car was picked up in timely manner. It was delivered as promised in good condition. Service was efficient.

Executive Auto Shippers is an auto transport broker. They were very responsive and professional. They did their part so I give them 5 stars. However, I was not happy with the shipper they chose. My car arrived at the destination with new scars - a big one on the tail light. We were doing a cross-country move and I was not present to take delivery and my family member who received the car did not catch it. I guess it is just unfortunate.

Awesome. Everything went as planned and price was great. I would recommend to anyone. I did research and a lot of not so great brokers out there.
