Truck late on pickup and in dark due to injury of other driver... Delivery was 3 days beyond date, but driver said mechanical issues with the truck caused the delay, but no calls to update progress. Car arrived in good condition. Executive was good.

They did an excellent job in keeping me apprised of the delivery.

Went as smoothly as you can get. The only problem was communication from the driver. I had to take the initiative to find out when the car would be picked up and delivered. Also, the driver told me at pick-up that the car would get to me by Monday, but then ended up taking until Tuesday late afternoon. It just didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped...nothing detrimental..but still had to alter plans as a result of not having the car when I expected.

The driver was punctual. The dispatcher even accommodated my work schedule by asking the driver to deliver a day later.

We were provided with the driver and shipping details, along with multiple contacts in the event any questions or concerns were to arise. The SUV actually arrived early before the holidays. Pricing was also better than expected. Maybe it was the timing, but I would definitely use this Transport company again. I would recommend this service to anyone needing to transport their vehicle.

Executive Auto shippers handled all the details - in addition to scheduling transport, they arranged pickup at the shop in Texas, and drop off at the shop in Minnesota. After my initial call, I did not have to do anything - no badgering the driver, no scheduling hassles with two different shops, very different from my previous experiences! And everything got there without any damage.

It went very well. Our vehicle was picked up Thursday night and delivered to our son in Issaquah, WA on Friday of the next week. I called the shipper several times for updates. They were polite and very helpful. The vehicle arrived as promised in good shape. Cassandra, our contact through the whole time, was always available and very helpful. Both cars arrived in Downtown Boca Raton within 2 hours of each other. Well done. Rachel coordinated our two cars perfectly. The drivers Lance and Tyrone were very professional and took care of our cars as if our cars were their own.

I never used this type of service before. I did my research and found 3 trustworthy Brokers. They are responsible for assigning a trustworthy driver. I went with EAS even though they were a bit more expensive, for the piece of mind. It cost $900 to ship across the country. This is a fair price. It was a good choice. They were responsive and Melissa helped me all along the way. Driver was courteous and actually got the vehicle to me a day early. Recommend reading all the details on the website. There were no surprises.
