It was on a Sunday but the technician had new heater in the truck, so he was able to replace it on the same visit. It was a new 40 gallon water heater and a new water ball valve, since the old valve was also bad. Arrived as promise, clean and fast service. They call me later for an evaluation of the service.

I cannot rave enough about them. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant. I did not expect them today because it was a Saturday but they came out within 2-3 hours of me calling. He looked at the problem and gave me two solutions, he gave me the choice of which one. I was impressed that he put booties on right when he walked into the house which everyone up north does but I have not seen that done down here. It was just perfect. He was efficient, clean and pleasant. They called afterwards to see if I was satisfied, and of course I was. I also received a 15% discount from Angie's List.

They provided great customer service. My tenants missed the first appointment and they were very understanding. They gave me options to repair the water heater and/or replacement. I never felt pressured. The turn around from the service call to inspect it to the installation of the replacement one was very quick. They were very friendly and catered to the customer. I would definitely recommend them and will be sure to call on them in the furure.

They met expectations. But I was not wowed. some jobs they could not do..

A pipe in the bathroom was leaking. I called in for a service appointment. The appointment time was kept and the employee was very professional, clean, neat and took his time to listen to me. He analyzed the situation and thoroughly explained the problem and my options to solve the issue. He could not have done a better job. I highly recommend this company and give them 10 out of 10 points!

I called the office in the morning and the receptionist was extremely polite. Within a few hours Joey arrived at my home to assess the situation. He returned a few hours later and installed the new water heater. To my surprise he put on foot covers before entering the house. He answered all questions I had about the new water heater. I would strongly recommend A-Z Statewide Plumbing!

I've become a member of their Platinum club. The plumber came, fixed the problem with absolutely no problems at all. I would highly recommend them.

Service was excellent. Appointment times kept. Their employees were clean , neat and professional. The problems were solved extremely well.

From the initial consult to the completion of the job, Luis (the technician) was helpful and thorough. The work was performed in a timely fashion. Any and all questions we had were addressed. The worksite was cleaned up and in good shape. The Angie's List discount of 10% and courtesy supply of septic tank treatment enzyme were greatly appreciated.

The plumber came on time and checked with me if I authorize the repair for the quote given. I authorized the repair because I felt without choice since I had a pipe licking water for a couple of days and did not know a reliable plumber to use. The plumber worked for no more than 2 hours and the total charge including a discount was about $845. The job was done right but found the price charge very expensive, I am not sure I will use them again due to the high price they charge.

They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

They did some work and the technician told me that I had a credit due on the account, but when I called back to take advantage of it they told me that they wouldn't honor it. I wrote a letter to the owner detailing what had happened and he did call me one time. This was right before the holidays where things get kind of crazy and mixed up, but we agreed to connect again after the new year. We didn't sort it out and I never heard from them again. I didn't get my money back and it was sort of a confusing situation. I did appreciate that the owner called me that one time, but there was no follow through and that was kind of disappointing. The work that was done took the technician probably 5 or 10 minutes. All he did was screw in a replacement cartridge, but they were responsive in terms of showing up. He did the easy part of the job and said he was not able to do the other part which is how I ended up with the credit on my account. He was professional when he was here. I will not use them again unless they are willing to work out that little problem.

Identified a hot water leak under my house with the help of A to Z. First estimate was $1100. But my house does not have a manifold in a typical location, so instead of cutting, capping, and rerouting a pipe, they had to dig up the pipe under the house and fix that. Verbal quote was $1800, but somehow that turned to $2175 by the end of the day. I'm so tired of this new house, I just didn't have it in me to argue. Good: Very prompt, very professional, worked with my challenging schedule Bad: $1100, turned to $1800, turned to $2175 And it's not like I'm a plumber, so I know what is or isn't true. I would much rather have a plumber tell me they charge $125 an hour, and if the problem is this, it will be x hours, if the problem is y, it will be x hours. If this project had cost $1500, it would be an A experience. The lack of definitive pricing, and the significant charge by the hour pricing puts this at a B minus at best. Hopefully the work holds true. This way of doing business just seems shady, but the other plumbing company quoted the same way. Frustrated and broke now.

Amazing Company. We came home from our vacation only to find my childrens hot water heater was on the fritz. I phoned A to Z Plumbing not only were the extremely helpful on the phone they delivered EXCELLENT SERVICE. They were punctual, polite, HONEST, and I would highly refer them to anyone having any type of problem.......This will be my Pluming Repair company for life!!!!! My many thanks to Michelle for excellent customer service, and Joe the repair man that came out!!!!!!

My toilet tank cracked and water was pouring out. I could not even stop the water with the valve handle. I called at around 8:00 p.m. as my floor was flooded and pouring into the hallway, etc. They dispatched a plumber who arrived about an hour or so later. Joey turned off the water from outside the house, he vacuumed up all the water and then gave me an estimate on a new toilet and a new value and wall connections. I agreed (although it was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it). He installed everything perfectly. I so appreciate the 24-hour emergency service, as I certainly could not have let the water run all night. Everyone from the first telephone call was handled with great professionalism.

I called about 11 am Joey was at my house by 2 or 2:30pm. He was polite and professional. Joey had a few solutions I selected the one to fit my budget. Joey completed the job by 3 - 3:30. Fast, informative and no hassle.

The technician Luis was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will use him again.

Brian arrived when scheduled in a well stocked truck and a helper following behind in a SUV, both with company markings. They proceeded to excavate and expose the old sewer drain pipe. They showed me where vegetation had infiltrated the pipe and how sections of the pipe had either never been glued together or had come unglued, causing nearby trees and bushes to "seek" out the drain pipe and break into the cracks. When they needed to dig down to the level of the city sewer pipe they brought in a large "vacuum cleaner" type machine to quickly dig the hole. At this point there were four men and three vehicles on the job. They showed me where they found a large hunk of tree wood where my sewer pipe met the sewer line. These flaws had been causing me to have the line snaked out every 14 - 18 months for the past five years. They cut back the roots of a nearby tree quite a bit (which may cause the tree to die, but they got my approval first). Then they installed the new pipe, sealed up everything, and filled in all holes. At the end the ground surface was level and as close as possible to its condition before the work. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything apparently in good order. They finished six hours after they started which was exactly their estimate. When I had called about the blockage a couple of days previously they dispatched Brian within three hours and he gave me an estimate both on temporarily snaking out the drain to get me through until they could replace it, and on the big job of installing the new pipe. Estimates of time and cost proved accurate. The only slight negative about the firm is the pricing. In the past I had hired independent plumbers to snake out the drain each year and they had typically charged $95, whereas A to Z Statewide Plumbing charges $386 for the same work after the Angie's List discount. In this case, they did apply $200 of that towards the big job, which would otherwise have cost $1892. So that's the only thing I gave them less than an A on. But they do have a full staff of guys who seem to know their work, plus a lot of specialized equipment which is no doubt expensive, so maybe that's why they have to charge more. I wouldn't recommend them for a small job, but for a large project like this I feel they are worth the expense.

They were fine and good. They did the list without any problems.

The job was to replace and install a conventional water heater. The estimate they gave was very high, and they also required an $85 fee to simply provide the estimate. We asked for an estimate on a conventional water heater and an on-demand. The information on the on-demand seemed incorrect. Because we paid them $85 for nothing, I would not call them again.

The repairman pointed out the problem and explained what it would take to fix it and when I said fix it , he did.. No problems since repaired.

Great people to work with for professionism, punctuality and courtesy, but I only wanted a drain snaked at a reasonable price.
