The rep Will was phenomenal with giving the quote for this long distance move for my elderly mother belongings in Las Vegas to GA, that was for a same day move. I hired them & the order was put on their schedule. He emailed and texted the documents needed for the moving job and for insurance purposes, and I also received a $771 debit receipt for paying 1/3 of the bill. Then, I get a call from the actual movers saying they could not move my mother belongings that day which was Friday, July 6th. They said I urgently needed to sign more documents and that they needed a 2 day window. I checked to see if that was okay by my mothers apt office. I did get clearance up to the 15th from the elderly living apt complex. Since that delay for the moving request and the urgency for more signatures I have heard nothing, no calls, no correspondence from the movers, at all...I feel scammed.

This was my first time moving, and I was feeling overwhelmed. Safebound's team was fantastic! They walked me through the entire process step-by-step, answered all my questions patiently, and provided a clear and accurate quote. The move itself couldnâ  t have gone smoother.

We called around for some last minute movers, and they were the only ones willing to help. They were reliable, on time. We were promised a flat rate, they honored that. This was my first time hiring a professional moving service, I am glad I hired these guys.

Crossing the state can be daunting - West Palm to Napes, but these guys made it easy. Great communication throughout the process, careful handling and on-time delivery.

I very rarely write reviews but i think this company deserves it. Great experience moving from New York to Miami. Very professional team. On time. Took good care of my boxes and furniture and best of all i did not have to pay extra.

To all potential customers of Safebound, beware: this company is a complete scam. At first, they lure you in with a decent quote compared to others, and you fall for it, just like I did. But then, right in the middle of your move, they demand an extra $600. Then, they drive off in the opposite direction with all your furniture. This company shouldn't even have a license; itâ  s a disgrace and a prime example of outright racketeering. Without any exaggeration, I've never experienced anything so outrageous. To make matters worse, two of my finest paintings were torn. Itâ  s hard to imagine a worse scenario. Avoid Safebound at all costs!
