Movers arrived on time packed everything patiently and carefully and moved my things quickly and efficiently. The moving crew was kind and accommodated the issue with the key to my new home with great customer service.

Our daughter had used Safebound a few years earlier and strongly recommended them. We were very pleased at the professional competence at both ends of the move. The workers did a tremendous job and were friendly and helpful as well. Will certainly recommend to all our other family members.

Safebound Moving are everything you want in a mover. The initial response was within minutes. The quote for our small office was a simple hourly rate for labor and an inclusive travel fee. They totally knew what crew and truck size was required. The movers arrived a few minutes early and were professional quick and careful. They stayed focused and were great to work with. Outstanding moving service from a highly rated moving company.The speed and cooperation they used to empty our 3 bed flat was amazing to see how and well experience this team was at moving. 50 boxes 2 beds four desks a wardrobe and a lot of kitchen appliances. They had to take time out and that was partly to avoid some of our items from getting wet as it was pouring down. Job well done with no issuesâ ¦ cheers

Very good customer service. They got to my apartment right on time and were very helpful the whole time. There is no hidden fees like other companies. They were very nice and careful with all my belongings. They also stayed and extra 30 minutes helping me assembling the beds at no extra charge. I will definitively use them again in the future!!

They were very responsive and fair with pricing - very hard to find a good mover that is not trying to rip you off. I had too much stuff and they brought in a third guy at the drop off location to help with the unloading!

Excellent customer care. From the first call to helping make the timeline... every person was excellent communicator. The salesman provided superior support and explain the pricing and helped me pick the plan that made the most sense. He was extremely responsive and that is so rare. The team lead for the move was extraordinarily professional and helped me knock out a hard move with kindness and efficiency.
