Safebound Moving & Storage

These men are foreign experienced movers, very friendly and supportive to speak with and the process was extremely easy to follow. All you really need to do is plan the move and they re there on budget and quickly and gently packing it. All my stuff came safely. Not one thing broke which was an insane dream for this type of service that I never had.

These guys are an outright swindle show. Yes Yes Yes on the phone...and then they grab the money...and then they disappear. Left me so high and dry. It almost cost me a 300K house sale due to the lack of ability to move out on a necessary day. I even booked these guys 3 WEEKS in advance! No organization, which I have to just figure is due to no REAL operation. False pretenses, trick show. BEWARE!!!

I want to express my satisfaction with these guys.They did a very good job by Safebound .Everything arrived without any damages and me and my family were amazed how fast and professional everything was done.If I need a moving job I would definitely will use again in future.Thank you for your excellent job guys.

I would not hesitate to forward Safebound details to anyone as they were absolutely fab from start to finish. Punctual and careful did not waste their time and started loading the minute after I gave a quick tour to their team leader. Price was within my budget and customer service from the office was excellent. if you need help I recommend these guys.

The guys showed up right on time and were very professional and got straight to work. I had a lot of stuff and they cheerfully hefted my boxes down flights of stairs and into the truck as well as helping me pack up odds and ends. They were within the estimated time and price which was quite reasonable. Thanks guys. I would love to hire them again.

I hired Safebound for a small move. It would take pages to outline their utter failure to fix multiple issues. Delivery driver insisted on delivering with three hours notice, which was not possible (I was promised at least 24 hours). Delivery driver tried to deliver again, with 3 hours notice, insisting that I pay with cash and pay a *redelivery fee* of $300. I refuse delivery. Weeks later, the driver tried to deliver again, with three hours notice, now insisting that I pay cash for *storage fees*. I have no idea where my belongings are despite multiple broken promises to fix this issue. The owner ignored me completely when I e-mailed him. DO NOT do business with this company.

They were very good and prompt at picking up our things to move, but thatâ s where it ended! Projected delivery was 8/24 & it is now 9/11 and my things are still sitting at their storage where it went after pick up, still waiting for available move to MN (from here in FL). I could have taken it by camel faster myself! No NOT use. All this and no monitory correction for inconvenience, just excuses. Had I known this, I would have NEVER used them!

They showed up on time. They were very polite and professionals..They took care of my things like they were their own. Nothing was damaged or harmed. I would defiantly use these guys again.

They taking care of our stuff while packing the big pieces and boxing my smaller pieces as well. The moving team was excellent and professional. They did an amazing job in record time and affordable price. I would highly recommend Safebound to anyone looking for a reliable moving service

They were on time and wrapped our dresser bed and bookshelf in a protective plastic wrap so our things wouldnt get scratched. They were exceptionally proficient and gave me extraordinary genuine feelings of serenity in the move. Save yourself some stress and use these guys for your move.

6/29/2021 UPDATE: I commend Safebound for doing the right thing by sending me a check for the damaged TV. Unfortunately, we did originally have a bad experience with them but they are good people and sometimes things happen, Kudos to Safebound for trying to make things right! -------------------------------- Gave us a binding estimate based on the inventory being moved. Then when they arrived to load the price went up almost $1500. AND they did not even bring a large enough truck to fit all of our stuff so we had to give some things away. We had to be out of our house the next day so no time to find a different mover. They knew that and they take advantage when you are vulnerable. If that was not enough they broke our 55in TV and refused to pay for it. Luke Mandley was the salesman and Kayleigh is the so-called operations manager. If I could give ZERO stars, I would... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I have been moving a lot because of my work ethics and my last 3 moves were depressing. My office colleague told me to try Safebound Moving. It was amazing. People came helped me pack my stuff and loaded the household to the truck. Safebound is a bit more than a lottery ticket to the people who wants to move. Best part was that they moved it from the truck to my new home also. It was a remarkable experience.

These guys packed everything completely from both the places. No complaints no breaks no sweat. I was shocked at how they worked 6 hours straight today without having to sit down for a second. They were personable helpful and at fees they didnt try to upscale you. To anyone looking for professional affordable friendly movers I recommend them

Our movers were on time extremely hard working and professional. We had packed smaller items so loafing boxes was super quick. After that they took great care packing and loading our furniture. Thus included our well loved but too long couch. I never had to lift a finger or be bothered with anything.

Wrapped everything very well and set it all up exactly where I wanted it. It ended up being the least stressful part of the day. They didnt stop until the job was done. They were completely trustworthy and we will definitely be using them again.

The workers are extremely professional and gracious enough to support you carry all your luggage. They ensure that all bags and luggage are packed and not get harm. This is my first ever move with this moving company. My experience was great and I am looking forward to use their storage facility as well.

Moving could be real stressful especial when you have a budget .I want to thank the staff at Safebound Moving for helping me with my move while keeping everything at an affordable cost.

Worst movers I have ever used. Bait and switch tactics. Gave me a cheap price over the phone after video conferencing my stuff, only to charge me several thousand more during moving day. The guys they sent to pick up my stuff were very unprofessional, one even made a racist remark to me. They dropped my TV and did not even apologize, instead made excuses and left dirty stains on my carpet that they did not bother to clean as they left. Sadly that was not even the worse experience. This was an out of state move. Safebound assured me it would be their guys doing the move and would make it right after I complained. Instead, they waited a full week then subcontracted with 1 driver to drive a semi who then puts an add on Craigslist!? for help with moving. When the semi finally arrives, he plows through the entire neighborhood and my neighbor lawns ripping through everything even though I asked him specifically not to. Then after an hour, 4 random cars just appear in my driveway. I felt for my family safety after I found out they were the guys who responded to the craigslist ad. The driver asks me for Cash!? because he had to pay the craigslist movers. I call the company that this was not the agreement but just got a response that if I wanted my stuff this was the only way. When they finally unloaded, I find many of my precious belongings broken despite being carefully packed by me and my wife: my gaming PC, Kamado grill, trophies all were cracked. A few important boxes were missing. And the movers dinged the new house as they moved stuff around. I could not even test the TV they dropped because they could not find the tv remote. It was just a mess and I cannot tell you how much I regret using this moving company. They would only insure my stuff for cents to a pound so it was not worth fighting them over it. Suffice to say the only thing I wish for is that others learn from my experience by reading this review. Out of frustration, I was going to complain also to the BBB only to find out others have already had similar experiences. I usually do not write reviews, I am busy enough as a doctor in my practice, but this experience was honestly the worst I have ever had.

Excellent all round service We were moving into a 2nd floor apartment with no lift the guys were great no complaining just got on with the job and put all the furniture back together that needed re-assembling. Also a great idea to get a refund on all packing boxes used. All went very smoothly no problems very nice staff in the office as well.

On time efficient and affordable. They disassembled and assembled all our furniture. They put everything exactly where we wanted it. Five star service I cant say enough great things about this business.

Best moving company is Safebound Moving trust me. We used this company twice after the first one went very well. I was not disappointed second time around. They were very polite and professional. Very skilled at bringing large furniture in and out. They were all very calm and courteous as well. Fantastic moving company and I must say who wants other companies when Safebound is just a call away.

To start, the guy who came to our home for the initial estimate was very pleasant, friendly, professional, and great with our two dogs! The movers were also fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and handled everything with care. Recommended.

We had six men and 2 trucks moving a huge home into another huge place. Our mover was very professional and flexible on the delivery end arriving a day earlier than expected and seamlessly handling two delivery locations. A worry-free hassle-free experience overall.
