Premier Rollout Awnings & Retractable Screens

Did a very good job. The sales person who visited was very very nice, and the workers who put the awning up were very qualified, capable, and friendly. They completed the job efficiently and in a timely manner. I have recommended them to others already.

The owner came to give me an estimate, he was punctual and professional. An appointment was made to remove the old roof and remeasure. All was set up and had to be rescheduled, they were very accommodating. Work was done on the new date without problems. The new awning looks very nice and strong construction. So far there's been a few times when we had a lot of rain and there was no leaking. I am very pleased with their work, promptness and professionalism . I am at his time planning to work with them in a project at my home

Since she was late on the installation and I would not have gone with them without her assurance that it would be delivered in time, I demanded a discount. When she refused, I told her that I would pay the full amount less $100 so take it or leave it. After lots of back and forth, she finally agreed if I did not write a bad review. 2 weeks later, I noticed that the installed screen door was no longer retracting so she agreed to have someone come out to fix it. After 6 months, I noticed that the screen mesh came off its tracks and I contacted her to have a look, thinking that any customer oriented vendor would come fix it as it was a bad installation the first time around. She said just push the button to go up and it should recoil itself. That didn't work and that I would have to pay them to come and fix it. She said I would have to pay $80 for the service call plus 2 people @ $40.00 per hour after first 1/2 hour. It takes 2 peoples to fix a mesh off its tracks and there's no limit on how long it would take - is she for real? I told her that it was ridiculous that I had to pay at all for a faulty screen that no longer on its tracks and would not fully come down with only 6 months of use! We've only pushed the button to go up and down and that's it; however, Gigi said that the warranty was for only 90 days and refused to fix it without me paying. For a $6500 screen to be unable to be retracted down within a period of 6 months is not a problem with the product, Clearview, but the installer. I've had 2 problems with them in a 6 month period which is due to poor installation. I also thought I had purchased the supermesh plus uv protector for both my retractable screens and for the screen door; however, when the installation was done, I noticed that she skimmed me by having the retractable door with a regular mesh that rips easily. I would not trust Gigi as she will do and say anything to get your business, then refuse to provide fixes when her installation goes wrong. Gigi will claim that I threatened her, but all my threats are with a pen - that unless she would come out and fix the issues, I would use my internet skills to write bad reviews to deter others from contracting her. As a consumer, what other recourse can I take when the vendor won't fix an installation issue? I have pictures and emails to backup all my claims. Save yourself the headaches and go with someone else. When I threatened to go public with this feedback to same others having to go through the same, she sent me several nasty emails. Gigi is not trustworthy. She will say and claim anything to get your business, but the work they do is very poor. Don't take a chance on a $6500 investment with CLEARVIEW SCREENS OF BROWARD. Save yourself the hassles. Terrible customer service and a 90 day warranty on installation is not standard practice of a quality installer. If they were confident on what they deliver, they would stand by their installation for at least a year. Gigi will try to dispute this, but pictures, emails and facts don't lie. I contacted the original installer, but was then was referred to Mike. He gave me a better price and a better overall product. He was more knowledgeable, and I have recommended him to many. He even fixed the initial problem so that water will no longer collect. He was very efficient.

I spoke to him first, and getting him to come to my house was all fine. He sent me the quote after I had to hunt him down, and then he claimed that there was a problem with his emails, and then had something to do with Angie's List. It had nothing to do with Angie's List, because I sent the email directly to him. He seems to have a huge problem with email and that kind of stuff, and I got to the point where I was just not going to hunt them down anymore. Then he called me a month and half later, saying that he had got an inquiry through Angie's List. I told him that he had already come to my house, and once he reminded him who I was, he sent me the quote. I told him that I would discuss it with my husband, and I would send him any questions that I had, which I did the next day, but I haven't heard from him. I have had friends of mine who have used him, and they say that he does a great job, but you have to hunt him down, but I don't have the time.

This company was by far the best company(workers, owners, installation and more) that I ever dealt with. Professional all the way.

Mike, the salesman, was excellent. He covered to the point all the questions and negotiated a slight discount. Workers arrived on the date and time that Mike said they would. They were courteous, efficient, cleaned up and provided helpful hints.

Mike Green couldn?t have been a better person to work with, especially towards pricing. He beat a competitor?s price by over $3,600. He provided us with 3 large motorized retractable awnings (13?x7?; 21?8?x7?; 22?x7?) at an extremely reasonable price that we couldn?t be happier with. Within 24 hours of installation, I was already calling him for a quote for a fourth awning. Mr. Green?s work crew was excellent. They ran into one obstacle which required them to have to use blocks of wood beneath the brackets that hold up the awnings. I provided them a can of stain and asked if they would stain the wood blocks so that they would match the exterior color of our home; which they did without question. I highly recommend Mike Green and Premier Rollout Awnings of Palm Beach for anyone interested in this type product.

I researched many awning providers, and selected three for bidding on the product and installation. Premier won my business with the best combination of product, features, reputation, and of course, value for money. The product itself has gone through about four generations in the past fifteen years, and appears to be of the highest quality and strength/durability. I had a specific requirement for a flat pitch, as the site for installation is only 9 feet high, and required a 27' length. So, not all vendors could accommodate this set of requirements with the same degree of quality and features. Mike Green is the owner, and brother Don Green and a team manage the installation. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with them. I perceived them to be very upfront, and reliable. There was some lack of attention to detail and responsiveness in the offering cycle, and the installation. So, as with any contractor, if you have important issues to be satisfied, get it in writing, and communicate clearly and often to ensure that your needs are met. All of my issues were resolved satisfactorily. So I would recommend them to anyone.

We are delighted with our new awning that was installed on time and works beautifully. We had spoken to another company that left us unimpressed. When Mike Green arrived it was clear he was professional, courteous and had a far superior product. And, all of that came in at a significant savings over the other company. The awning was installed very well. The product is amazing!!! No water pools on the awning when it rains and it is rated for high winds so there are no worries! After installation, I wanted the awning pitch a bit higher. They came back out within a few days and made the adjustments with no issues. Great company to work with!! Installation crew was very nice and thorough as well!

We were delighted at the professional installation, workmanship, and overall experience with Clearview Screens. Gigi was present at all times during the installation, supervised and was very persisting that our remote control worked properly, since it was from our original screen installation by a another company 8 years ago. Went well. Needed to return to reposition one awning slightly. Came back as per scheduled appointment.

We had signed with a competing awning company to replace the fabric on our 12 foot roll-out awning. Luckily we got a flyer from Premier and called for an estimate. Of course we cancelled the first company after meeting with Mike. The estimate was one third lower than the previous price and we felt certain aspects of the awning were superior.The awning is beautiful and the workmanship perfect. My husband had a question a few weeks later and Mike was very helpful.

Mike really has his act together, which is almost shocking in SE Florida. He was highly professional, called me back same day, came to meet me next day and was on time. He knew his product, knew his competition and their products, and made an excellent presentation including photos of his work and a detailed written proposal. He was able to answer all my questions. He made a follow up call a couple days later, asking if I had questions or concerns, and asking for my business. I called him later and told him I would proceed, he came the same day to sign the contract and collect the deposit. He made a special effort to get the work done quickly as I had visitors coming. They called to schedule the work, showed up on time, worked diligently to get the work done same day, cleaned up and put everything back in place. It's been a long time since I have had such a good experience. I can't speak about service after the sale because it was just installed. Hopefully he will be as diligent if the need arises, though I don't anticipate that....the product was expensive but fairly priced for the quality of materials and installation. He even sent me a thank you card! If you want top quality someone you can count on don't bother talking to anyone else.

From the initial consult and estimate, we were impressed with this company. After having two other estimates before Premier, we were discouraged, since other companies did not seem to know much about rollouts. Not to mention the other company prices were about $3000 more for a less sturdy structure. Premier was professional and showed us all that would be used in the profect. Very sturdy brackets and arms, as well as fabrics. They told us 10-14 days, and were right on in the installation. With only one sewing problem that they noticed right away, and immediatley fixed before the installation. We would highly recommend this company for rollouts, and also for roll-up screens. We also have the screens and love to open the whole patio up when the weather is right for it. Premier knows what they are doing, you can't go wrong with them.

They came when they said they would. They installed the awning as we wanted and it was exactly as promised. It works great. We could not be more happy with the overall experience. We think the price was very reasonable for the quality of product and service we received.
