Description of Work: I had some broken sprinkler heads from the lawn service. They replaced some heads and installed an additional. I was quite please with the work. I did engage their services twice and was happy with the job both times.

Description of Work: THE ENTIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM ON 1.98 ACRES WAS CHECKED, AND AN EVALUATION GIVEN FOR CORERECTING ANY PROBLEM THAT WAS DETECTED. I DO PLAN TO HAVE THEM REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE HEADS, AND ALSO DO AN UPGRADE WHERE NEEDED. IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THAT I WILL GET A QUOTE ON LAWN AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE. THANKS AGAIN FOR OFFERING THE DEAL TO ENABLE ME TO HAVE MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM EVALUATED AND CORRECTED.

Description of Work: They completed a sprinkler system tune-up through a Big Deal. The experience went well! I didn’t deal with the company directly, but my husband did and he had no complaints.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for sprinkler tune up. It took four visits before everything was resolved. The price was $400 which was much higher than the original price I paid for the deal. I thought they were supposed to be the best but I was very disappointed.

Description of Work: came out to assess a leak in sprinkler system. free consult. but i was charged for the trip since they did not do the work. $85. i emailed the office when i realized i was supposed to get a free consultation, but never got a response back. they did cash my check.

Description of Work: Gave me an estimate for $350 to fix sprinkler system. After replacing 2 parts system did not work. Spent 2 hours trying to figure out problem. Owner Alex O'hara called me numerous times to try and rationalize the guessing game. Finally the serv tech Derick and Alex told me the pump or crack in line need to be placed at new cost of $960. I had enough of the guessing games and told them I was done. Wanted and insisted in sign the repair and pay the bill even though system still did not work. I refused. I was told by dereck and Alex the parts would be removed. I said fine. Never came to remove parts. Few days later Alex calls to tell me either pay up or he will put a lien on my home and foreclose. Would not discuss matter any further with me. I insisted they said they would remove the shoddy parts he replaced but refused. Basically I felt blackmailed by this shoddy and unprofessional service company. I would highly encourage anyone who comes across O'Hara Services to RUN as fast as you can from them. They will appear super nice at first but the true colors of this sketchy group will appear. My loss is hopefully a warning to others. I have reached out to local and state agencies who regulate this industry to investigate.

Description of Work: I bought a Deal for a sprinkler system service for $45.00.They came out to service my sprinkler.They informed me my system needed new pump and needed to replace it. Then they said they couldn't service it if it wasn't working. They replaced it for $175.00 then they wanted to charge me $700.00 to fix the system.i did not let them fix my system. I was unhappy because the deal was worthless. I ended up taking the $45.00 off the bill because I was upset. I would not use them again.
