I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That was great. He was just very thorough and tested everything. It was great.

Punctual and professional .

Well, our sprinkler system needed a new part which my husband replaced and when we called them to let them know the sprinklers were working they came right out and adjusted all the heads perfectly.

Did NOT perform services. i bought an angie's list special from this group and they never called back or performed the duties per the coupon. My coupon expires in Feb 2014 and they tried to get out of the deal saying the coupon has expired. Do NOT use this group.

They came out on a 49.00 big deal sprinkler tune-up and did some minor repairs for 90.00. Good work and very good customer skills. I was a little confused on what was covered and done on the big deal, but over-all very good experience.

Derek called early to confirm appointment and time of his arrival. He arrived on-time, explained the service to me and also any extra services that they offer. He went around and started to check everything. He detected an issue with the zone value switching zones. He explained the problem and resolved it. Derek did try to sell other services but no pressure sell and they were relevant. I might have taken them up or quite possibly in the future. He was very polite and clearly explained everything to me. Would recommend if you need this service.

It worked out very well. I was pretty satisfied with their service. They charged me an additional 20$ and it was still pretty reasonable. They got my entire sprinkler system functioning again. They were very responsive. They came out on time and they were very professional.

Nothing. I paid for the service via Angie's List and the provider never responded to emails or phone calls.

I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for a tune up and an inspection, they performed additional work for $90, but there was not a clear delineation between one service and the other and what was covered and what was not on the original coupon. The two workers that came were knowledgeable and professional and overall I was satisfied with the work performed.

Checked sprinkler system, adjusted spray heads, replaced 2 broken spray heads. Adjusted timer for 4 zones on Rainbird system. I just bought the house and they explained how the system works. Signed quarterly service contract.

They call, leave a message that they will be out the next day. They never specify what time they will be there to do the work. We have locked gates but someone is always home. I requested that they call or ring the door bell so I can unlock the gates. Chris said "We don't ring door bells." They come to our home and only sprays the area that they reach without letting us know. They don't notify their customers when they are coming out and will not call. I have tried explaining I would like a call so I can unlock the gate so they can treat my entire yard. They will not knock on my door or call before coming.

I can only speak from my experience, but it was a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. Back in March they had installed a new system but the timer wouldn't turn off. Not a big deal but when I requested them come back to fix it, they simply said that since the system turns on there is nothing wrong. Fast forward EIGHT months of trying to call them, we finally got them to come back. They gave us very wrong attitude to a customer and acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Despite the fact they were an inconvenience to us for installing it wrong the first time. It took 3 more weeks of me having to call to complain and they had the nerve to try and charge me for an entire new system "since it's been so long". Very disorganized, I felt like it was a different person every time I called, and no one communicated to them the problem. My yard has spots of dead grass now and I am very dissatisfied with my experience. No one ever apologized or explained the situation. I constantly had to tell the story to whoever picked up. There are other good posts on them, which is why I decided to give them my business. But man I recommend calling another sprinkler system. These guys leave you out to dry!

On time, professional and fast. I had one issue with a spot that I thought was not getting enough water, the service man came back right away and readjusted the head. I am very happy with this company.

This vendor did a great job and also took the time to make recommendations to help make my system system. There rates were good. The results were excellent.

Very well, prompt professional.

Replaced 5 or 6 sprinkler heads, relocated 3 heads for better coverage, repaired line break on side of house, replaced other lines and cut some low hanging branches from a tree to ensure optimal coverage in back yard. Also replaced a part on the pump distribution line.

Ohare had replaced a cracked head unit 3 months prior. The replacement cracked again so they came out and replaced it at no charge for the part and half price on the labor

Although I was not there (was out of the country) my contact/manager said the men from Ohara did a thorough job and wrote up every detail which she sent to me. They cleaned all sprinklers and adjusted them. They also primed the pump water so that it will work. They came on time, were polite efficient and professional and they wrote up specifications for some work that I asked for that will need to be done, when I get down to Florida. Nice to see experienced people who know what they are doing and what has to be done to make the system work better. So glad I signed up for this service. Thank you Ohara, will be in contact with you.

Joseph, a nice young man called me and said he would be late for the 1pm appointment, he arrived at 2:30. We then went over the four zones. He must have placed 30 red flags |all over the front and rear yards. He then wrote up an |estimate sheet for $480.00 which he also suggested I should |purchase a quarterly maintenance program for $165.00 |He did not adjust, clean, etc. any heads. We had many |Clogged heads which I thought the cleaning was part of the |deal? He left after giving me the estimate, and a week later |on his return to pick up the flags, no work was performed |Consequently I hired our local sprinkler co. who did all the |work and then-some for half the price! It just did not work |out for us, how did it work out for others with this deal?

We setup the appointment and requested the workman call us but we received no calls. We called the office and the office told us everything was fine. But, we then learned from the neighbors that the sprinklers are still not working and the lawn is even more yellow. We called the office and had to wait days to learn we need a $350 repair. I am not only disappointed with this service but I am also disappointed with Angie's List. This is unacceptable --- this is a company highly recommended and the only reason I joined Angie's List was to trust them while we would be away. I feel I cannot trust this list --- waste of money all around. The next company we called (recommended by GOOGLE) was able to fix the problem immediately and at $150.00. So, you can see for yourself,, this company is untrustworthy. They claimed they checked every sprinkler head rather than fix the problem they were hired to do (sprinklers were not working) --- why is that we had 2 broken heads then? Stay away from this company.

Punctuality-20 min late, but did call to keep me updated. Courteous and good attitude--recommended.

I purchased a big deal coupon. It went okay. He was very good, he had a lot of responses. It was just fine, he did a good job. He did a very solid job and no complaints.

See above. I suppose the service man did his best but he was either not knowledgeable of all the systems that a house has that uses water and therefore, he did not know to check or he just wasn't very good at his job. We'll see when he returns to complete the job but I have little confidence in the company at this point.

There were a number of problems found that had my water bill going crazy. All problems were fixed and the service was excellent.
