They replaced a tankless water heater in my home. I had a mixed experience with them. â On the plus side, they gave me the best price, they were on time, and very neat. â On the negative side, installer did not seem familiar with the product, could not answer questions (I had to call manufacturer) and initially tried to install, without replacing the existing (12 year old wires) which were too short due as configuration had changed slightly. â I stated several times I was not comfortable with pulling and stretching wires to make them fit. Only when I made it very clear I was not going to accept ... did they contact another team who came out and put in new wires that were long enough. Its been a couple weeks, so far so good. I am keeping an eagle eye on the unit. I paid over $1300.00, this was not a small budget job. I feel my concerns over stretching old wires are/were valid, other wise I would have rated higher. I did purchased the lifetime service plan. Moving forward, I will always request a different person than the guy who did my install.

Lee came out to my Pop s home and installed the 3 bathroom sink faucets that I had already purchased. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up afterwards. The cost was more than I had wanted to pay, but I m short on time; my flight home leaves in 48 hours. Nevertheless, I really did like this company and would refer them to my friends and family!!
