I used them before and there was no issue, they knew what they were doing. A little pricey but everything else was on point.

They were on time and professional.

They were scheduled at 8am. I had to call them to find out when they would be here. I was told they were on the way. My call was at 830 am They didn't show up until 10am...2 hours late !! They never called to follow up on my satisfaction. I would think they would offer some type of a discount for my inconvenience. When he got here he did a good job,

This company goes above and beyond it customer service. I knew who was coming to do the work, what he looked like and a little background about the tech before he arrived. This was SUPER PROFESSIONAL.

I was unsure how accurate the online ratings would be when I hired Cleary Plumbing. First of all, their quote was considerably less than others I received. This can lead one to think that less money equals less value, but in this case, it wasn't so. Cleary Plumbing responded within the time window they gave me, and kept me apprised on the time they would arrive. They were thorough in their assessment of the problem, and got to work right away. They noticed my valves were old and prone to future failure, so they replaced them with higher quality valves at no additional cost. In the end, not only did I receive a replacement water heater with one of the highest rated commercial models in the industry, but the new valves and pipes Cleary installed will outlast the ones that were there. As a bonus, it makes the new installation look much more eye appealing, if such attributes can even be considered with a water heater. Anything that makes the garage look better is a plus, right? And they even sent a follow up thank-you note for my business.

Terrible communication, $225 to repair a toilet is quite high. Could have recommended a new toilet a lot cheaper. I understand some commodes have more expensive insides if that's the case I've had the insides done on my locomotive $95. I asked them to call a particular person to get into the house they kept contacting me, so they left without full approval they did and then said for $200 they would change the valve behind the toilet but they'd have to come back to do that and when I thought that price was outrageous, they offered a 20% discount.

Very nice and a pleasure to work with. They stayed within the estimate which was very reasonable even though a couple of other items needed to be fixed. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and pricing.
