Kitchen Facelift

Hired this company to do a project. Started out fantastic. Communication was EXCELLENT. The woman I worked with was really great! Very efficient. The actual work was ok. Cabinet refinish was good. A few errors that was not made privy to until I asked. They were not the neatest crew but I accepted that. Finish work was sub par. Company did not finish my project. Paid in full. Live out of state. Moved flights to stay for finishers to come complete the project. Confirmed they would be coming. No one showed. Disappointed. I have a pretty kitchen but it?s incomplete.

We found ourselves in trouble when our previous cabinet guy took off mid-project. I found A Finish on the Go on Angi's List. Christina answered my call and came out to see my home the same day. She reassured us on how her team could complete my project. We came to an agreement on price and the project was complete in 40 days. Gino worked with me to get the stain the exact color of my vision. The team was respectful of me and my property taking care to clean up every time they were here. The guys were so nice and kind, a true pleasure to have in my home. My cabinets are stunning and top custom quality. I am so happy and would use them again.

Great customer service

Extremely happy with the outcome of our new kitchen. Every concern and detailed was addressed and met. They exceeded our expectations. Job was performed in time frame given and results left us blown away. We were communicated with during entire process and were so blessed to be able to work with such amazing people. Looking forward to starting future projects as well. Thank you guys for treating us with such professionalism and kindness. I wouldn't recommend any other company.

I had one of the best experiences when dealing with this company. Gino was very professional and straightforward when he came out to give me my quote. Christina provided me excellent customer service anytime I called and had any questions that I needed answered. Definitely would work with them again on my next kitchen.

The product we received was not what we had agreed upon. The cabinets were not measured correctly and were the wrong size, the drawers do not work properly (the agent for the company told us that they had problems with the draws and they would not use them anymore, but we were stuck with them) and the work quality was substandard. This contractor was belligerent when we tried to address the problems and when asked to leave the house he refused to do so until the police intervened.

Did a good job and responsive to requests

We had our kitchen cabinets painted and they did a great job ! They were fast and gave our kitchen a beautiful new look ! Highly recommend.

We just bought a new home and wanted to update an older kitchen without spending a fortune. I researched that kitchen cabinets in good condition could be refaced and have the doors, drawers, and hardware replaced. We came across "Finish on the Go" on Angi, that specialized in refinishing kitchen cabinets. My contact person was Christina, who gave me all the info and details on the project and gave me accurate estimates of all the work to be done. She was very responsive to some last-minute requests and changes, including overhauling the pantry and adding a pullout trash bin, and she made it happen. If we had any concerns about the work or craftsmanship, Christina made sure to alleviate those concerns and correct any issues. All in all, the kitchen came out beautiful and even better than expected, totally changing the look of the house! My wife and I are completely satisfied with this company's work and would definitely recommend them!

We refaced, added cabinets and new granite countertops Everything went smoothly Finished in record time Fast forward 3 months. We contacted x4 for some additional work. No response Add another 2 months, contacted x3 and still nothing. Gino answers the phone and is pleasant with promises of an appt. No appt. as of Nov.2022 Better if he would reply with canâ  t do right now.

A great experience from start to finish. Tremendous customer service and very high quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of project.

Overall my experience was very good. the workers were very thorough and friendly as was the owner. They had 50 doors to resurface and the framing. Still waiting for the finished product to come back but I’m sure it will be very good.

Completely professional. Gino listened carefully to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us more. We loved that much of his family works for this company. Our kitchen cabinet doors were perfectly refinished. The workers were extremely neat and careful both in removing them and in reinstalling them. We couldn't ask for more!

Their subcontractor Carlos was very hard working and has good craftsmanship. He does know what he is doing. In a nutshell he did an outstanding job.
