Lloyd was very responsive. I'm living out of state and trying to sell a house in Florida. I sent him the inspection report and he fixed all items the next day. His price is very reasonable. He was quick and efficient. Once the work was complete he sent me pictures to show the work was done. If you live out of state and need help with your property in The Villages, this is the man to call.

Lloyd arrived on time and got to work on the exterior fan. It's now been a few weeks and the fan works great. Lloyd connected it to two switches, one for light and one for fan so they operate independently. He also installed the cat door and it works fine and has stayed put even though my larger dog keeps trying to get through it. In all both tasks were handled very well and I would definitely hire them again

Lloyd was excellent! Very prompt in response and VERY professional. Our ceiling fan that needed to come down was VERY heavy apparently but he never complained (sorry Lloyd, we had no idea), just did the job that he came to do (which was excellent!). I would HIGHLY recommend him in a heart beat!

Lloyd came out to give us an estimate for an issue with dampness in the wall and floor nearby the patio windows whenever it rained. There are no pipes or a sink near by so most likely the source of water is from outside and not inside the wall. He examined the outerwall, the drywall, and the patio doors and suggested us to get gutters to see if that would resolve the problem. If not, he said he would come back, open a small opening on the drywall to see what's going on inside. He gave us an estimate for that part of the job since he doesn't provide service for putting up the gutters. Very well mannered and professional. He really did try to understand our concerns and provided actionable suggestions.

Purchased deal for 3 hours for handyman service. We had 3 ceiling fans that needed to be installed. Lloyd installed all 3, however, 1 did not work. He went to the store that the fan was purchased at, but they did not have any more of the same fan in stock. Unfortunately we could not get a different fan because it was in the same room as the other fan that was installed. Lloyd went above and beyond to try to help with the situation and were very happy with what he did.

Lloyd was very professional and did an excellent job with installing the attic stairs and shelves. He was on time and cleaned up after himself. He called before arriving in the morning to let me know he was on his way. I called Lloyd with a short notice because I was going out of town and he was able to fit me into his schedule. I haven't been able to use the stairs for quite some time due to it being broken so I was thrilled to have it done. The new shelving is very beneficial also helping with organizing. He made sure to make the shelves extra sturdy to hold lots of can goods. He gave me some other estimates on other work I need done at a fair price. I have used Lloyd in the past and plan to use him for other projects. I highly recommend using Lloyd for handyman projects. I have used other handymen and I wasn't as satisfied as I am with Lloyd. He is honest about what he can and can't do. His prices are reasonable and he is very fair. I didn't think I could get the attic stairs replaced and shelving installed for under $300 but Lloyd came through and did it for $200 as he always does.

Gil was great....after confirming he was able to come to do the repairs, he was very prompt, on time and was very professional. Was very impressed on the quality of his work - although he did the work all by himself, it was very thorough and no unnecessary delays whatsoever. He is very detail oriented. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely have no problem recommending him. Had a very good and pleasant experience.

They did okay. They came out shortly after I purchased it. They should probably be more professional on the work itself and the craftsmanship. They should have a little more time in getting things a little more straight up. The price was good.

I had a very prompt response when I sent a message asking about the work I need done and if it would be possible. I booked the service through Angie's list using a current running coupon/discount. The work was scheduled and he arrived on time without a problem. I explained what I needed done, he went right to work. He explained the problem with the shower. I was very happy with the job done. There were a couple things that he was not able to do but he explained to me everything that would need to be done and I was confident that I could handle the problem myself. The entire process could not have gone smoother.
