Tech named Dillon showed up on time. Reviewed our heat/A.C. ducts and heating / a.c. unit. Pulled panel and some return duct grids and advised use that everything looked great for 10 years old system. He could clean what was there but really did not need it. We were impressed with his honest remarks and integrity. Note to manager/owner: employees like this are what grows a business and over time increases you bottom line and long term success. Will keep you card and call when needed.

Sincw I had no knowledge about duct cleaning, I had to follow my instincts. This company seened to be hpnest and their price for the job seemd in line with the Home Advisor estimates. Tech was friendly and courteous., and gave a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and why.

These days, it is extremely rare, and refreshing, to work with an honest and competent contractor. One that will not oversell you, and will provide only the service you need at a fair price. I hired Advanced Restoration for duct cleaning. Dillion, one of their senior techs, responded. He inspected my system and quoted me a price that was less than HALF the price quoted by the three other contractors I contacted. When he arrived, I was so impressed with his integrity that I felt comfortable enough to leave the house and let him lock up when he was finished. (Note: because of the anti-micro service required, I would have had to leave the house for at least two hours when he completed his work.) When I returned, all was perfect. Dillon was very professional and did a great job.

We found out we had mold in our ducts. It was removed the next day. Everything was done neatly with no mess. So glad we decided to have our ducts cleaned. Our next door neighbor decided to have her ducts checked and discovered mold there too. Mold removal was done the next day. Now we are all breathing easily.

It is a unique experience these days to work with an organization with such integrity.

If you think you may have mold in your ducts be sure to specifically ask about prices. Because of the mold the service was more expensive than expected.
