Terrible. He came to the door 5 min early, which is fine but he pounded incessantly off and on for a minute. He was clearly upset or annoyed I didn’t answer within the first minute. I yelled from my room “I’ll be right there.” I then heard him yell something sounding very annoyed and I went to the door and opened it 3 minutes before our appointment time (2 minutes after his arrival) and he had left. I messaged him stating that everything about that interaction and him leaving was unprofessional. He proceeded to message me back explaining that I was the problem and I should have texted him or install a Doorbell. I answered the door 2 minutes after his arrival and 3 minutes before the appointment time. He could have been patient and professional. I didn’t have him wait more than 2 minutes. But instead he said “oh my god” and I “needed to check myself” for contacting him about his behavior. I have all the messages and will share them if needed.
