+ -1 moreIt was going to take him 7-10 days he said. I signed the contract in August, but he just now recently finished. He rarely came to the job and expected his sub-contractors to do the work. They never did it right and my brother had to go in and fix some things. My brother also mentioned that KMS Construction had the sub-contractors do the work, but they never followed up to see if it was done correctly.
Description of Work: I own a rental property at this location and he was suppose to side the home.
