The inspector was very thorough and helpful - not only did he inspect for termites, but also took the time to point out a few spots around the house that needed some minor fix-ups. He was very knowledgeable - actually holds a degree in entomology - so we felt very comfortable with the work. Would most definitely recommend.

They really do a great job. They not only knock down bugs, webs, etc... off of the windows outside, but they also do a perimeter around the house. We have the pest control tubes in our house so they do that as well. They always leave a note with what they have done and they have always been personable and friendly. They come quarterly and are very reasonable. Plus, if you have issues between visits they come back at no additional charge. I also asked about pet safety (we have a cat) and they took the time to explain that what they use is not harmful. I would highly recommend this company.

They do a great job. I would recommend them. They do six or seven other houses right in this immediate neighbourhood too. The charge $65 per quarter and they are scheduled to come every quarter as long as I am here.

I don’t use them for termites but for all other insects. If I want them to check inside, there is no extra charge. They are very reliable. It is easy to contact them and they are quick to send somebody to my house. I don’t have too much comparison on their prices.

3 years ago we had a german cockroach infestation in our garage which spread into the kitchen. (ick!) I was horrified, grossed-out and sick about it. They were responsive and immediately helped resolve the problem both my treating my home and educating me about how to prevent recurrence. No problems since.

They do such a great job outside that none of the bugs are coming in. I haven't needed them to come in. I have 2 dogs and they ask for the dogs to stay in for 2 hours, their products are safe but we still just wait a couple hours to keep them safe.

Great service - we have used them since June 1985. They use chemicals that we feel very good about with dogs. We have not had any problems and look forward to using them for many more years

The initial inspection was extremely thorough and informative on prevention, and he patiently answered all of my new homeowner questions and explained what my plaster bagworms were and how I could get rid of them. He identified my old termite damage. On the more recent inspection I presented the evidence I'd found of what he confirmed were drywood termite droppings. Again he was very informative on how slow these are to cause damage, how to avoid the scare tactics of some other companies and pricing fluctuations of treatment during wing season. He gave me a reasonable price for spot treating the affected area. I wasn't comfortable that that inspection had been thorough enough and didn't want to be spot treating another area later, so (after procrastinating) I contacted another local company that two of my neighbors use for a second inspection/opinion on the munchers. The other company didn't do anything more convincing in terms of finding live activity, and based on the entire experience, I'm more convinced that Mr. Wisdo and Impact knows what they're doing and is all about delivering only what you need at a fair price (the other company's spot treatment would have been FIVE times the cost of Impact's! How is that possible?) Termite treatment is a black box issue for most laymen, but I appreciate Mr. Wisdo's level-headed, conservative approach over the slick sales jobs, gimmicks and --most importantly-- an inability to confirm alleged live activity on the part of the other company's inspector!

They come out periodically and come when they say that they are going to come. Their technicians are thorough and we haven’t had any bugs. They also do in-ground subterranean termite stuff.

I get a termite inspection once a year from this company... termite free from day one. They did my prebuild termite pretreat.

We are very impressed with the services provided by Kai, a professional technician who has kept the interior of our home pest free this entire time. The outdoor technician appears to change with virtually every visit but we have no pest problems so they must be doing a good job. When we purchased this home it had a rodent problem in the attic. Impact was the 3rd firm we tried to correct the problem and the first one to actually get the job done. Their prices are high but they have certainly kept us pest free. Their office staff turnover created an accounting problem for us that took several weeks to untangle, but that is the only problem we have experienced.

Expensive company. I think because they subcontract on tenting so two people need to make money.

They were one of the few companies that I found that works with this system. When the technicians come to the house they are professional, helpful, always willing to answer questions and very knowledgeable.

The initial visit was from a company representative who reviews what your pest problem is and discusses a plan suited for your particular problem. Several days later, a technician named Kai arrived and spent 1.5 hours doing a complete assessment of my home. He pointed out areas where pests could be entering and where I should caulk or use the expandable foam. He is very knowledgeable and professional and seems to enjoy his job. I found a bug that I had never seen before, saved it in a bag, and gave it to him. He couldn't immediately identify it, but he did take it with him to investigate, and on his next visit, told me what it was. I use their quarterly service, and for $65, it is a bargain. Kai doesn't come in and just spray baseboards, in fact he's never done that. He treats all the cracks and crevices that he can find and even does the garage. I've used other pest services, but none have the professionalism and honesty that Impact does.
