Carla was absolutely great! I had just bought a 3000 sqft, two story home that was a wreck! Everything needed to be cleaned! Carla arrived on time and completed all of the work in the agreed time. She is very professional and i would use her again.

On time did the job according to our conversation fairly compensated , will have them back an a regular basis.

She always on time. She communicates well and is always a professional. She even cleans our lanai.

I have had Carla's services for a little over a month now. I like her very much, she works hard and I appreciate that. I have had other cleaning services before but this is, by far, the most worthy one. So before I hired a different company to clean my windows I called Carla and I have to say I feel comfortable on having one team that can do it all. First was my house, my car and now my windows. I have around 11 windows, 2 glass doors and a front entrance glass door; they have done an exceptional job! While one was washing the windows on the outside, the other one was cleaning them on the inside, not to mention the tracks and finishing by cleaning my entire house, I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. I highly recommend Cleaning by Carla.

Carla has been working for me for almost 3 months, now. She is absolutely wonderful! I tried 4 housekeepers before I found Carla & I am a very hard person to please when it comes to the cleaning of my home. Carla makes sure I am happy every time she comes. She is sweet to my children & pets & is very trustworthy! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a housekeeper!

She arrived on time and equipped for the job. Very concerned about how her customers feel. Her husband is about to deploy to the military. I complement her for taking care of the whole family. She brought all of her supplies on time.

I am pleased to say that Carla Martindill started working for us a couple of months ago, our other housekeeper became ill and we needed a housekeeper quickly. Our home is a 2nd home in Tarpon Springs, FL. Good size home, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, swimming pool. large patio, outdoor kitchen, all white tile floors, all granite counters, allot to take care of. When we met her we were immediate impressed with her. My husband and are I business owners of a large HVAC company in Mass. and demand a lot from our employees and so we voiced what we expected from Carla and said we would be returning in 3 weeks. We came back, walked and were astounded on how fantastic our home looked. Her attention to detail is what was so important to us. Other people use our home as well on a short notice but our home was spotless actually cleaner then it had been but the little touches made us smile like folding tiles on the kitchen counter together that looked like a fan. Or rolled towels in my master shower I also have a housekeeper in Mass and she is also great, but I wish I had Carla to clean my home here too. We have hired Carla to maintain our rental properties in Madeira Beach. We rent our units on a weekly basis and we live out of state, so Carla handles the cleaning and helps maintain our properties. She has done some minor repairs for us, and purchased supplies as well. We have never had a housekeeper as thorough as Carla. Not only does she do an amazing job cleaning, but she also lets us know if something needs repair, or needs to be replaced. People who have been in our apartments before have started commenting on how good the places look and that is strictly due to Carla.

They were absolutely fabulous. They did everything. They got to work immediately and did not mess around. They stayed a little longer to finish up and they did a great job. My house has never been cleaner. I have already scheduled them to come back in December.

They are a cleaning service, and they are very good. I am very pleased with them. They are very accommodating. I continue to use them. They come every two weeks and help me keep my house in order.

Carla is very professional and organized. it was a big job to complete in 4 hours. When I returned it was like walking into a new house. i was even more pleased when I went to get a pair of shoes from the cupboard this morning and found they had completely organized my shoes too! I will be using them regularly. And would recommend.

Carla was very responsive to my initial request for information, came out for an inspection and estimate. She was very professional, and did a great first super cleaning. She is considerate of my pets, and my property. On the semi-weekly cleanings, there is usually a surprise area with which she takes special care. I feel she does a great job, and I love feeling "spoiled" that my house is clean and well taken care of.

We have hired Carla to perform the recurring cleaning services for our beach rental. She is on her third or fourth cleaning and we are very pleased with her work and the professional "touch" she supplies at her cost for our arriving guests, such as complimentary soaps, shampoos, etc. She tries to make arriving guests feel like they have arrived at a 5 star property! Very pleased.

ngI found Carla here, on Angies List, and at the time she had a coupon available so I thought I would give her a try. She and her co-workers are very nice and professional. I was very pleased with the end result and asked her to continue coming on a regular basis. I have two dogs and a toddler and my home is very "lived in" so I thought the price was reasonable.

Bottom line.....The place couldn't have been any cleaner once they were done. Very professional, punctual, easy to work with. I'll, definitely, use them again. No doubt about it.

I call a few companies around, but no one had openings for this weekend, and unfortunately I have to be back to work tomorrow, so I couldn't wait any longer. A friend of mine suggested Cleaning By Carla, so I called her we scheduled a home visit and after that we scheduled the cleaning. Carla was very professional and very kind too, I am very glad to have hired her. They show up on saturday noon, they arrived on time, Carla email me 30min prior to the arrival just as a reminder. They perfomed a Deep Clean on my house 200.00 plus a Detailed Cleaning on my car for 50.00. Carla has done such an amazing job that I have her set up on by-weekely cleanings now. Thanks Carla!

Initially we had a timing issue as the house cleaners did not show up on time. After a quick call to Carla we figured out that they had showed up but I was not aware they came. They returned back to the house and worked through each room cleaning the entire time. No slacking or taking long breaks. Both Sophia and Diego did a good job and were courteous, friendly, and focused on doing a good job.

Carla and her team are very hard workers, they have done a great job on my house everytime they come and they are here on a weekly basis. There is attention to detail, they go beyond the scope of general cleaning in my opinion as I have had some very bad experiences with cleaning companies. Added touches include arranging my towels in a very professional manner in the bathrooms, refolding them and making them look so good I don't even want to touch them, they cleaned my oven out because it was dirty, not because I asked and they didn't extend the cost or the time they were here. I would highly recommend them, I have a large 2 story home with 4 kids and 4 pets so it's a big job.

Carla and her crew performed a "move in" cleaning for my husband and me. After waiting 9 months to purchase the short sale home, we were able to close (unexpectedly) on Monday, September the 10th. Since it was unexpected, we needed someone to come out very quickly to do a FULL service cleaning. The home was not terribly dirty, however, we could tell it hadn't been deep cleaned in quite some time and detail areas like the baseboards and vents looked as if they'd never been dusted. We called several people recommended to us by friends and family and none of them could come out (even to do an estimate!) until Monday Sept. 17th (today). We were very discouraged until we spoke with Carla. Even though the home was located almost an hour from Tarpon Springs, Carla agreed to come do an estimate the NEXT day! She even came after work hours to be able to fit us in. During the walk through we talked about all the things I would like done. She came up with the quote and we set up the cleaning for that Friday. On Friday, Carla showed up on time with a crew of three other people. They were very kind, professional, and courteous. For the next ~4 hrs, they cleaned every inch of the home. I was very pleased with the results. They did a lot of detail work that I know would not have been done by other cleaning services. I felt like the Carla and her crew took their jobs seriously and were happy to help make the house beautiful! They did an especially AMAZING job on the kitchen and bathrooms. We felt like we had purchased a brand new home! After they were done the house smelled wonderful and looked fantastic! I will definitely be using them again! Thanks Again! ***I was also pleased with the level of communication Cleaning by Carla provided. Carla called and/or texted prior to arriving both times and I felt as if I would be able to get ahold of her at any time. This is very important to me, as I have had some experiences with other companies being late, not answering or returning calls, showing up without prior notice, etc.

Wonderful. Carla and her associate arrived on time, took the certificate from Angie's list and got to work. They left the whole house sparkling clean.

Carla has good attention to detail and will focus on any specific problem areas you may have. She provides excellent recommendations on what to tackle. She is professional and I love the little touches she puts on everything including folding the towels and tidying cords, etc. Great work!

I've had Carla over several times and I am so glad I found her! I've had 4 or 5 other cleaning people/companies over, but Carla is the best. She is flexible and lets me give her specific instructions any time because I typically want certain things cleaned, and others left alone. I'm very picky and expect things to be "sparkling" clean, which Carla has been doing great! It's also nice knowing that she really wants to make sure that you're happy with her work.

Great work, first thing I noticed upon walking in the house was how great it smelled - what a wonderful first impression and everything looked great and my dog was wagging her tail. Carla did a wonderful job and left me a very nice note and complimented my dog for being a sweet girl(which of course she is). It was very important for me to be able to hire someone who would be willing to clean with a big, friendly senior dog hanging around and that was no issue for Carla. The only reason I gave a B to price which is still "good" is that my long time housecleaner retired and I think she actually was charging too little so probably for me it was a shock to go back to real world pricing which was $64 after a $25 discount for 1st time cleaning for Angie's list members(so will be $89). My house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with about 1500 square feet so you get an idea of size. Put it this way I am so pleased I am going to continue weekly cleanings with Carla - she did a great job and I hate cleaning so her work(and being a nice person) is worth the price.

Carla is good and very open to my way of doing the cleaning. Always doing something extra.
