I paid them an additional $20 because they were so thorough and professional. Some of the things that stood out: they cleaned my baseboards until they looked new, they rolled up my area rugs and vacuumed both sides and underneath, and they cleaned all molding, sills, and fixtures. I cannot stress how thorough and hard working they are! They did not come in and rush through. ||I would like to point out that the ratings on Angie's List for Cleaning by Carla are mostly for when Carla was in Florida. Her husband has since been stationed up here. My review is for work done in Hinesville, Georgia - not Florida. I highly recommend her! A+ work!

Not only on time but early. I had two, a man and a woman. They worked so well together. He cleaned my kitchen (a first for me! ) and got up on ladder to clean. He previously worked in a hotel and it showed adding nice touches with decorative folding of towels, draping blanket across sofa and he did a great job. Sonya was friendly and worked furiously. They brought all their own cleaning material and left the house sparkle and smelling terrific. I would highly recommend them and will have them back on a regular basis.

They called me at 3:00 to tell me the crew who was to be at my home at 3:30 was still at the previous house and would still be there for at least another half hour. Then they would have to drive through rush hour traffic from St. Pete to Seminole. Representative said they could be there by 6:00 and it would take them about 5 hours to clean my house. When I asked what would my family do during that time she suggested going out for dinner. This whole scenario was unacceptable and I canceled the service.

The company only set aside a few times to service big deal customers, so it was a few months before a suitable date could be set. On the morning I was to have service, I got a call that they had an emergency and one of the workers had to go to the hospital. We rescheduled for Nov 17th. That day no one showed up. I called at 2:30 and left a message asking why they had not come. I still have not heard back from them.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PRIVACY VIOLATED.

My house is larger than 6 hours of cleaning but for the most part did a very good job. I would definitely hire them again.

The team showed up on time and cleaned my entire 2600 sq foot house. They washed the windows, cleaned all 3 bathrooms, vacuumed/mopped the floors, and cleaned the inside and outside of all kitchen applicances. They stayed for several hours making sure everything was clean before they left. I would surely use them again.

The initial service was a one time big deal cleaning. They did such an fabulous job that I set up an every other week service. I have 2 cats and a dog and the hair can really build up. They always have everything so clean and it smells great. They even do some extra special touches like fancy towel folds so it feels like your at a hotel. They do charge a little more than the average service, but are worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

They were very accommodating in scheduling around my schedule as I am receiving ongoing medical treatment. i am very pleased and will be happy to recommend them.

I wanted particular attention paid to one big job, cleaning the louvered doors and the wood blinds, and would have thought I had gotten my money's worth if that was all they had accomplished. After that top priority task was finished, they went right to work on all the normal housecleaning jobs. They were extremely thorough, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. They both worked quickly and never took a break. My husband and I were amazed by how much they were able to get done and how good everything looked. We highly recommend them and hope to have them back!

On time, friendly, spent entire time cleaning. Worked very hard and did a great job. I got the special and it was well worth it.

Rio Cleaning did a fantastic (5 Star) job for us. They took care of all the prioirty items we had listed and then added many cleaning tasks to their workload for us and did a great job on those.. I highly recommend their services to my family and neighbor friends. They are deserving of the highest ratings possible.

I had to reschedule several times, due to working out of town. Each time I called Rio, I had to listen to some type of very loud Mexican/Hispanic music while the party was located... I didn't think this was very professional for a "business line". Rio does not have a policy of calling clients one or two days before to confirm appointments, so I was surprised when they arrived as I thought my appt was the next day. Two cleaners arrived at 10:30, and completed all work by 2:30. I did not follow them from room to room while cleaning, hwever, did give them a tour of house. They worked in my office last, as I was in there much of the time they were at my house. They neglected to clean my desk (lots of dust on surface at top shelves), superficially cleaned that room (just vacuumed the rug, and dusted bookcase). Floor in office was not steam cleaned. Interior of windows were not washed, and kitchen counters got limited cleaning. The reason I hired a cleaning company was o=to do the deep cleaning that I don't have the time to do, but for what they did, I could have done better myself, and would not have been out $200.

Sonia and Diego did an excellent job! They were very personable. They were also very thorough and cleaned things that other cleaners in the past did not, for example, chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling mirrored walls. They even cleaned the slats of shutters that we had on our bedroom windows and the window sill, which no one else ever did that I can remember. They worked hard for over four hours. We were very impressed and would definitely hire them again!

There were 2 cleaning people who arrived promptly on the revised scheduled time. They proceeded to clean the entire house in a very professional manner. In the kitchen, they cleaned stove and microwave inside and out, the wood cabinets, the appliances using the stainless steel cleaner. Master bath has glass shower enclosure which they cleaned as well as all bath fixtures. The hardwood floors were carefully cleaned in a 2 step process. Ceiling fans and wall hangings were dusted. They were cordial, personable, friendly, confident and experienced professionals. Will continue the service.

We purchased the Angie's List special for 4 people for 3 hours. Rio cleaning far beyond exceeded my expectations. I've purchased many cleaning specials over the past few years and they are by far the best cleaning company to ever clean my house. I was so blown away with them that I asked them to start cleaning on a regular basis. They are extremely hard workers, very professional, and pay attention to every single detail. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and go above and beyond to make customers happy and exceed expectations. I highly recommend them!!

Rio Cleaning Service emailed me promptly and asked for my phone #. Angie's List had an old #. I promptly emailed Rio back with my correct #. Never heard from them. I would like a refund, please.

My house is all wood floors including the kitchen and baths. They vacuumed and washed all the floors, dusted all the furniture, dusted blinds in all the windows. Meticulously dusted all the louver doors. Cleaned the mirrors and sliding glass doors. Let's put it this way there was not one thing I looked at and said, "oh I wished they would have cleaned that better".

I cannot say enough about how satisfied we were with Rio Cleaning Services. I called them during a time when our family was in need of help to clean our house prior to family arriving for a funeral, which was a very stressful time. Carla, the main contact, went out of her way to find a time in their schedule to come out and help us when we needed it most. They truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We have now hired them to come and clean our house on a regular basis. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the job that was performed. They did a wonderful job. While they were a few minutes late, they were courteous enough to call us an hour out to inform us they were running late. They were only 15 minutes late. My wife was very pleased with the service we received and we will be using them more in the future.

They were willing to move their schedule around to work me in ahead of time. They did a really good job.
