Description of Work: Top to bottom cleaning of a 3 BR, 2 bath home, the only occupants of which are myself and a large harrying German Shepard. The hair alone that he sheds would justify the cost. As I stated it is a top to bottom service. Bedroom, get change of linen, dusting, vacuuming and windows. Bathrooms sinks, shower, tubs and toilets thoroughly cleaned. Rugs and towels changed. They will start a wash load with the linens, towels and rugs. If the cycle is complete before they leave, they will fold and put the items away. If not I get to do it, not a problem. Living rm and dinning rm get thoroughly dusted and damp mopped. I have laminate flooring. Also windows. Kitchen is cleaned top to bottom. Large appliances wiped down, windows, counter tops and if there are dishes in the sink they will go in the dish washer and the cycle started. This is a small family operation, each member has specific tasks and accomplishes them in a professional manner. I highly recommend them to any and all.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house from top to bottom. They were very professional. They cleaned all the obvious but also cleaned the fans, skylight and other areas that were not easily reached. They were very careful and throughly cleaned areas that were not obvious. I have now set them up on a monthly schedule to care for my home.

Description of Work: They arrived very late to give a free estimate. Pricing was too high - did not go with them. They quoted $675 for whole house cleaning including appliances. No carpet cleaning. I got from another provider whole house cleaning + carpet steam cleaning + deodorizing for less than that price. Only reason it is not an F is because I did not experience the service itself.

She figured out a way to get my much needed job done before a party and I am SO SO happy! My house smells great and she really went above and beyond for me! + -1 moreCarla has been cleaning my house for about 4 months now. When she came out, we discussed what I wanted done and what I didn't. For example, it was important to me thta all the beds in my house (4) be changed, but I'll unload my own dishwasher. She was very willing to customize the clean to make her customers happy. I liked that. I told her she didn't have to wash the sheets after she took them off, but she does it anyway, along with all the towels in the bathroom and the bathroom rugs if they're dirty. I have a very large house, approx. 4300 sq. ft., so the price reflects that. In addition, I only have my house cleaned once a month. If I could afford to have her come once a week, I would. She is awesome. She does all the basics and then some. My daughter always finds her stuffed animals arranged in new and cute ways and she gets a kick out of it. I highly recommend Carla to get the customized, personalized clean you want from this hard-working, punctual woman.
