Tori & Ashton were on time for the appointment and did a great job helping me maintain my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did around my home.

My wife was highly pleased with the work. They did everything they were supposed to do on time, were very responsible and respectable and did a great job.

The cleaning service was very good and my house looked and smelt clean when I got home. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and mopped and vacuumed. Our bed was even made when we got home!

I have used Two Maids and a Mop for 2 months now. For this last visit The team of two ladies arrived on time and were very professional and thorough. I did have a couple of teams come prior that missed a few places, but the manager was very responsive and sent this team this time. I was very pleased with the results and will request this team every time. Teams do matter. The house was very clean and smelled so fresh when they left. I will definitely use them again.

It went very well. I was impressed by the professionalism, and expedience of the workers. They worked in tandem to complete their task of cleaning, and dusting, my two story hundred year old house in less than two hours.

Fantastic! It was my first experience with a cleaning service and I was extremely pleased. Wes, the owner, and I had a preliminary chat and he noted my areas of concern. When the ladies came, they were on time and polite. I left them to do their work and when I came back, the work they'd completed was amazing! They focused on the areas of concern I mentioned to Wes earlier and even asked me to check to make sure they did it to my satisfaction. When they left, my house was immaculate. The products they used left a clean pleasant smell. I will be using them again on a monthly basis. Well worth the money!

I've been using this company for awhile now and am always pleased with how they clean. I come home and it always smells fresh and clean and looks great. A true test of the quality and professionalism of a company is how they respond when things don't go perfectly. I had a minor complaint with how one cleaning went and when I called Wes he was extremely responsive, very apologetic and took quick action to have someone come out and touch up the cleaning. It was minor and didn't expect someone else to come out, but I do appreciate how he handled the situation. I would recommend this company.

I was not pleased with the services. I quality was poor and they missed many areas in both my kitchen and in the bathrooms. Two maids and a mop pride their selves on the sanitation of the kitchen yet when I ran my hand across my counters there was dust and coffee grounds. I was very unhappy with the service. - Did not clean to the level they said they do - Does not pay attention to detail - Does send out two maid but they are limited on the time they have with the job - Does not move counter top appliances - Does not dust off window sills. I have pictures of the condition of my house... I wish I could post them.

Honestly the best house cleaning service. They are fast and so thorough! I have never been disappointed. Worth every penny!

They were punctual, sweet and detailed to a point where I really couldn't really leave them alone, because they had so many questions. I was in desperate mode and i just needed stuff out of boxes, they really did a great job considering that isn't their job. great service and pretty quick considering!

We'd prefer detailed cleaning but this was not the case. The reason we went with this company was the fact that they request feedback on services. I just emailed my feedback for the first month of service....hopefully we'll see some improvements with future cleanings.

We had a condensed timeline. I called and spoke to Wes on Monday afternoon, requesting cleaning on Tuesday. He was very easy to work with, and was able to accommodate us. Their team did a very thorough, detailed job. We utilized them for a full-blown move-out cleaning. In the future, I would have them over for maintenance and touch-up jobs, too. I absolutely recommend them!

I just had to write a review seeing as to how impressive these guys are! I just had my second cleaning performed, and they were even more impressive this time! My entire 3/2.5 townhouse was cleaned top to bottom in just under 2 hours. 2 dogs. Hard wood/tile floors. One of the rooms is an office I use daily. And if you walked in the place after they were done, you would think it was a model home! They were even able to accommodate my last minute scheduling conflict. You can instantly tell how much pride the crew takes in their profession. I HIGHLY recommend Two Maids to anyone in the Bay area. Now if only I can get them to clean out my car...
