Two Maids Cleaning

This was the second trip and it was what I'd hoped for and more. The ladies were congenial, energetic, and focused on their job. I think the spiders are getting the message.

Hired for a Top to Bottom deep clean, but ended up having to clean the house myself. Kitchen floor not swept or mopped, visible debris left on floors in living room and bathrooms, dust left everywhere, and appliances not wiped down. Left a pile of what appeared to be cleanser on my quilt that was still visible even after I vacuumed it up. This was certainly not a "deep clean" and not worth the high price I paid. Company would not fully refund my money. Do not recommend and will not use them again.

I live on a military base. They sent out two ladies to do the work and were denied access because one of the ladies had a misdemeanor on her record. So they had to send out two other ladies. After we both realized what needed to be done they were really helpful. The two new ladies did an amazing job. I wish they could have stayed just five minutes more to finish the last three small things. But what they did do was 5 ⭐️ hotel clean. I can't even get my house that clean by myself taking the weekend to do so. Now that we both know the do's and don'ts of getting people onto a military base the next time should be easier.

They did a very thorough on the areas that were cleaned. Only certain areas of the house are cleaned, but includes kitchen, bathrooms, and living room.

A wonderful job, they didn't clean the blinds.

Outstanding. I have them come once every two weeks and I love it. I highly recommend this company. I've had other cleaning companies but Two Maids is far above the rest that I've used.

Wonderfully! I was very pleased with the services provided. I was so excited when they were finished, the house was sparkling clean. I was also impressed with Anthony, the office manger. He explained everything to me in detail. How the company works and all the services they provide. I've had other cleaning services but only do the basics. Two Maids go beyond the basics. I believe this company is above the rest because of the Pay for Performance Plan. That means employees are paid based on how well they did their job. It's fantastic. I highly recommend Two Maids & a mop. Please note the price I paid was for a first time cleaning. Once you start a regular cleaning, there are a number of payment options based on what you need. 0302

They did awesome job, I left key... and came home to wonderful surprise!! They were thorogh and ths was tough job!!

I wish they would of called the last time they came out to let me know if they was running four hours late. I've been going with this service for over a year and a half now I wish I could get the same cleaners to come out but instead I continue to get different ones and the job is starting to get much more poor!!!!

The rooms were perfectly cleaned. Everything put back in its place.

The teams that are sent to my home are courteous and efficient. They come prepared with their own supplies, although they will use any cleaning products or methods you request. In addition, I always get a call back the next day to inquire about my satisfaction with the work. In all, this is probably the best cleaning service I have used.

It was a great relief to have a team to depend on to help us during this emotional transition. Two Maids and A Mop were detailed and efficient in cleaning our home.

They showed up on time and did everything I asked them to do.

They are wonderful. They are always here when they are supposed to be here. They send e-mails to remind me when they're coming and what time during the day. They always show up and I love them. They're kind of pricey but I don't think they're more pricey than other maid services. I use them every other week.

I was very satisfied from beginning to end. The crew came in very prepared and got right into the job.

To say the job they did was horrible is an understatement. They basically surface cleaned this home and even that wasn't done well. Upon seeing the home upon completion, I immediately contacted them and advised them of our unhappiness. The manager called back and said he would send them back in again to fix the issues. (I had sent pics). The manager called while the staff was in the home for the second time and advised that they were not equipped to clean the home properly. The didn't even clean under the refrigerator!!! I was charged $400 for a bad surface clean. He did not give us a refund or attempt to make any further good on this project. I definitely would never hire them again.

Awesome! It is great to come home on a Friday and know I do not have to clean on the weekend! I am very happy that I hired Two Maids and a Mop.

They were fantastic! They brought in all of their own supplies and equipment, emptied all of my trash, and did an amazing job! Highly recommend.
